Ex-Bachmann aide alleges campaign finance violations | StarTribune.com
Bachmann is the gift from the tea party that just keeps on giving.
First we learned that Bachmann stiffed five staffers, refusing to pay them unless they sign a nondisclosure agreement that prohibits them them from talking to any reporters or police about any "unethical, immoral, or criminal activity" they may have witnessed during the campaign. Then, because leaking that story did not motivate Bachmann to open the checkbook and just pay bills, her former field coordinator, Peter Waldron, alleged that Bachmann was under the "Rasputin-like" mind control of her debate coach to the point of his forbidding Bachmann's husband from sleeping in the same room with her on the campaign trail (which, as we all know, must have been devastating for Marcus!).
In today's Bachmann soap opera, Waldron has brought a complaint against Bachmann with the FEC alleging illegal campaign activities by the woman with the spine of steel.
I'm betting she's weird enough to win the GOP presidential nomination next time around.
