Nah, we got info from detainees at GITMO.
Yep, we got info. Crap info.

What I can't figure out about the Libertarians and the far-righties... They don't want Government to provide handouts, but they still say Obama owes people a job... Very strange.
Yes, because MediaMatters said so. Gotcha. Regardless, it was the military's victory and both Bush and Obama deserve some credit but not all of it.
Mohammed did not reveal the names while being subjected to the simulated drowning technique known as waterboarding, former officials said. He identified them many months later under standard interrogation, they said, leaving it once again up for debate as to whether the harsh technique was a valuable tool or an unnecessarily violent tactic.
No, the Associated Press reported that the intel came from KSM during standard interrogation, not torture.
From the AP:
Just like the birth certificate that's been on the internet for 3+ years, you put the facts right in their face and they still can't see them... because the facts contradict the narrative on Fox.
why the fixation on fox?
I see it completely different... A lot of people must see it differently too, because they went to ground zero when they heard the news and waved the American flag and celebrated.
It's always good to see our leaders get involved in those moments, because we are not thinking about our parties or politics. It's about our country. I liked when Bush went to ground zero, so I think it would be good to see this president go because Bin Laden is dead now and people are still suffering from 9/11.
to mark the death of al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden.
I bet I know which president the Seals would rather hang out with
Convert or die.
Bush declines Obama invitation to go to ground zero
I guess he has brush to clear...
I say send a Seal team to the ranch, pick W. up, and bring him to Manhattan.
I bet I know which president the Seals would rather hang out with
A dead Laden and long overdue, but it doesn't change anything. There are many out there who want the whole world to be muslims. Convert or die.
This ends absolutely nothing.
God forbid people take the time to listen to Bush talk the few times he has since leaving the Presidency, but if you'd step out of your stereotypical bubble you'd likely realize the reason for him not. He has stepped out of the political spectrum primarily. This is Obama's show and he doesn't want to be intruding in on it, popping his face up constantly, having the media start going into back and forths with them, etc. He's content with his 8 years in, was happy for the opportunity, has shown immense class in refusing to attack or degrade Obama during this entire time, and generally is staying in the background and letting things go forward. He likely doesn't want to be there because he knows it'll cause a big ruckus and get a lot of attention, and its not his place to be that any longer in his mind.
I fail to see how it would have been different with McCain
Sounds unpatriotic & unAmerican to me, but hey, Osama was Bush's best buddy, so Bush is probably depressed to lose his old friend, after spending 8 years protecting Osama's whereabouts. That million dollar pad didn't build itself, if you get the drift.
This Democratic Party wankery needs to stop.
The President offered, and Bush declined. No shame involved. Neither man is the better or worse for it.

Is it democratic party wankery, or is it just a few people on the board here. As a member of the democratic party, I don't think I was wanking any.
I bet you think the Seals would rather hang out with the President who sent them to Iraq to die based on a lie... The President who ordered them to invade a country for disingenuous reasons creating a power void which attracted every extremist in the Middle-East, then ordered them to fight, without an exit strategy, the massive influx of insurgents.
The leader who ordered them stand down last time they had Bin Laden.
The Fake Cowboy vs. the calm cool collected CIC who has the respect of military leaders.
