As usual, you distort and divert, TX will never be as high in poverty as California, will never have the number of homeless as California, and will never have the number making minimum wage as California. In addition TX will never have the unfunded mandates, debt, or entitlement mentality as California. 1.3 million Americans moved to TX in the last three years many from California, wonder why? Guess they are attracted to that minimum wage, high poverty, and low insurance availability that you claim.
