I already explained it.

Why are you not allowing the truth to be reiterated?

They had already presented their credentials to the woman when they first met her at her door.

When she fetched her phone and came out of the house and was RECORDING THEM is when they refused to display their credentials a second time, obviously so as to not allow her to capture and post their Agent ID's to social media, which is exactly what she would have done.
