I think the question of whether we are better off now is a resounding "Yes". COVID sucked and so did Trump's response to it.

This is the conversation we need to have coming into the election.

This is a brilliant ad that shows the total incompetence of Trump. The problem is that, since Fox "News," Newsmax, and the other far right sites won't run it, the MAGA crowd will never see it.
 
If you think you were better off four years ago, find a country currently undergoing the worst national health disaster in a hundred years and empty supermarket shelves and move there. Have fun with that.

Anyway, the fact that many voters think of the economy as better under Trump is a direct condemnation of the msm, and is not a reflection of reality.

Technically, Fox news would have to air ads from Biden at the same level they do for Trump, after a certain time in the year of the election, as it is a law.

Four years ago my friends' family members were dying, and our neighbors kept each other in the loop on supermarkets that weren't stripped bear so we could stock up on canned goods. We froze what tomatoes we could find so we could have sauce.

If you think four years ago was better then it's simply because you've erased that period from your memory.

There are more indpendently superior indicators about a successful economy than at any other point in my life. Trump's successful economy was like everything else in his life: branding.
