I'm honestly not sure what you were referring to here, but my point was that independents can be anywhere along the political spectrum and not be lying. Moderates/Centrists are a different story.
A lot of people have a skewed view, though, because they don't know where the real center is. ex. calling sanders or paul centrists.
One of my friends would actually be upset at that statement. He says anarchists just don't like any government. They're perfectly fine with order/civilized society in other ways (he's an anarcho-capitalist).
Moderates/Centrists are a different story.
In their hearts they know all this to be true but they cannot bring themselves to admiit it. Instead they'll not respond, or say that Sarah Palin or Michelle Bachman would be even worse. It will not slow them down in referring to either of these women as "idiots" and the like. They just can't seem to compute facts they don't want to hear.
Ahaha, black hoodies. He's in private equity, I think, at barclays. Maybe a black suitWho says that Anarchists don't have any sense of humor under those black hoodies.

I think I'd like to see Manchin win re-election but switch parties.
He's not for the health care bill or cap and trade.
It is too early to tell. But, honestly, would you want her to be the primary winner?
he also ditched dream and dadt
he's been blasting obama, he's not alone, and dirty harry is letting em get away with it

Frankly, I'd probably vote for Romney if he had a different on opinion on abortion and gay marriage (he's still somewhat of a moderate on those issues, though).
Not sure at this moment who I'd vote for, maybe a third party or maybe not at all.
If the republicans make social conservativism and issue this election I will certainly not be voting for them.
It would be unwise for the Republicans to let the Democrats choose their candidate. The New York Times selected John McCain as the best Republican candidate and we know what happened then.
dadt fight is over.

Yeah, well, GOP voters selected him too. Honestly he was probably the best candidate out of all the nominees the GOP fielded in '08, and that's why he won the nomination.
McCain probably was the best Republican candidate. Frankly, the anti-bush sentiment was ridiculously strong in '08 and the democrats could have probably won with anybody.
I rather doubt that, just as I doubt BHO was the best candidate.
The American people corrected their error with Jimmy Carter and it will be the same with Barrack Obama.
They didn't correct their error with GWB... and Obama isn't worse than him, at least not yet. If he gets booted out of the WH next year, he wouldn't be considered one of the worst presidents in modern history. He wouldn't be one of the best presidents either though...
There was no viable Democratic candidate to run against George Bush in either election.
Yes, it's difficult to judge Presidents when in the thick of things but I'm not sure what accomplishments BHO and his supporters can point to that would convince others that he was a good President. I can't see any, can you?

He's just relying on the old Bill O'Reilly trick of lumping in everybody that's to the left of him as "ultra-liberal." Problem is, Centrists are to his left because he inhabits a space that is definitely to the right of center.

but manchin's still there
as are the nelsons, mccaskill, webb, tester, conrad...

Who would you say was the best GOP candidate? And if so, why couldn't he beat out McCain?
