‘Numerous’ officers shot.

You would have to be a moron to shoot an AR in your house or a neighborhood.
So, what exactly is the difference between a 1911 handgun chambered in .45 ACP and an AR pattern rifle or pistol also chambered in .45 ACP?

Says the person who was been proven to not have a clue what he is talking about.

The AR is one of the best choices for home defense.
Works best against hordes of zombies during the apocalypses.

He had already been arrested for felon in possession. Why was he out on the streets? Ask your favorite Democrat.
Why was it easy for him to access firearms? The NRA and gun nuts know why.

Every road and street in the country is not the Interstate Highway System.
Even streets within subdivisions built by developers are often acquired by the local city or county for access, servicing, and repairs in the interest of the public good as a condition of the subdivision approval and are not toll roads.
Clearly you are struggling with the concept of "socialism".

This only demonstrates your ignorance.
In most situations, there is no better firearm for home defense than an AR pistol or carbine in a major pistol caliber.
Disagree?
What's better?

Criminals benefit from easy access to lots of things in the USA. It's always amusing when you guys spout off as if you're noting something unique.
The easy access to hamburgers or toothpaste does not result in threats to others.

Tell me do you know what a strawman is.

And do you know why it is a dishonest way to discuss something.
I know that you have not apparently followed the evolution of this (sideline) discussion of socialism.

This only demonstrates your ignorance.

Probably a grenade launcher or flame thrower would be more effective.

Shooting a 45 in your house would also be stupid.

Lol

Exactly what I thought you'd say.
Good news: You're done trolling.
Why is it every gun thread is full of people who live in the suburbs, read Guns and Ammo religiously, quote spec sheets, and demonstrate constantly that they are divorced from rural life where guns are tools, nothing more, nothing less.

Every gun thread I encounter is full of people who are into "gun culture" because it is trendy in conservative circles, but who are confused by rural people who actually use guns regularly (not as toys at some suburban range) but as tools, people who hunt for meat, not on guided trips for trophies and pictures, etc.

Proving you don't understand.

I understand that competitive marksmanship and knowledge of it is not limited to "suburbanites".

Mind, that's in the really real world where people actually have and enjoy guns. Instead of play acting on the internet.

The developer financed and the private company produced the roads.

You've not defined your concept of socialism, but it appears to include everything the government is involved in.

So it's the same definition some of the extreme right wingers have.

I can tell you don't live in a rural area where people actually have and use guns regularly as tools.

Easy access to knives and motor vehicles does. You should realize by now that special pleading fails a lot.

No True Scotsman.

Meat, trophies, and pictures are not mutually exclusive.

Why is the .410 you claim to have, the best "tool" for sweeping rattlesnakes off your deck?

I can tell you don't live in a rural area where people actually have and use guns regularly as tools.

I used to use one to punch holes in an empty drum to make a burning barrel. How's that?

Silly at best.
You seem determined to ignore the 100,000 deaths and injuries directly attributable to firearms.

You have not bothered to look up the definition. Apparently you are defensive about your Social Security and Medicare benefits?
RW politics generally rejects government involvement which is essential for social programs and socialism. I don't understand how you can be that confused.

Why do you think you fool anyone? Everyone, including you, knows you’ve never even fired a gun before.

I’m still waiting for you to tell me the best firearm to use for deer hunting in dodridge country West Virginia. You’ve been running from that For 4 days now

Running from it? I was ignoring it. It was a stupid troll question.

I have never been to dodridge, if I was going to go (I wouldnt) I would ask a rural local about the terrain etc

You mean attributable to people's use of firearms.

Like the hundreds of thousands of deaths and injuries attributable to people's use of knives and motor vehicles.

Special pleading fails again.

The extreme right has the same definition as yours. Everything the government is involved in is socialism. You probably believe- like some- that Germany under the Nazis was socialism.

More trolling no substance.
