No, 'is in court' are the key words. You can't pretend Trump is being more severely treated than Choudary when the former is merely being talked about and the latter is being prosecuted. As far as I can see, Trump and Choudary are cut from a similar length of cloth. The main difference between the two being that only one may turn out to be the most powerful man in the world.
