Well I think whether you narrow it down to a specific, disgusting, atrocious, pathetic, cowardly, and downright sadistic case of mass murder (as Sandy Hook was), or just mass murder it can be a self fulfilling prophecy.

OD: you are correct. Let us not forget Zimmerman's altercation with a police officer in 2005. Yet Trayvon was pictured as a gang member and Zimmerman's ordeal with the cop was downplayed.

In 2005, Zimmerman, then 20, was arrested and charged with “resisting officer with violence” and “battery of law enforcement officer,” both which are third-degree felonies. The charge was reduced to “resisting officer without violence” and then waived when he entered an alcohol education program. Contemporaneous accounts indicate he shoved an officer who was questioning a friend for alleged underage drinking at an Orange County bar.

I certainly hope not. What I hope is that this guy gets the help he needs so he stops showing up in the headlines and even more, before he hurts anyone else.

when you position relies on assumptions, embellishments, and speculation.. coupled with diminishing or ignoring known facts.. .it really can't be described as objective.

look at it objectively.. you are here arguing that Z is a ticking time bomb.. the next sandy hook... all based upon an email from an unknown resident of a city Z lives in.
from here, it looks like you grabbed on to a notion you already believed and ran with it without so much as a 2nd look.
you've even embellished the relationship of the email author and Zimmerman... a "lake Mary Resident" has magically become a "long time observer" or a person otherwise close to zimmerman.
you've taken your personal assumption about other peoples motives and intents and tranformed them into "facts" you use to bash over the heads of people who disagree with your position.


your posts can be described in any number of ways.. "being objective" is simply not one of them.

was it not first reported he had a gun, then later the wife stated he didn't.

What one predicament after another?? A warning ticket. (OMFG!!!) A ticket. (OMFG!!!) Questioned about a domestic incident in a divorce case and released. (OMFG!!!)

And now NOW NOW! a police chief agrees he's a Sandy Hook waiting to happen. Give me a freakin' break.

you seem to overlook what earlier post revealed about an incident with law enforcement.

It's funny what people read into things and then insist the OP was really saying and when confronted with words from the OP to contradict....INSIST on clinging to their interpretation instead.

As the OP states, my opinion is based on multiple incidents not just this one. If you are familiar with my past posts on this subject you will see that on much of it I have reserved judgment.

It is my understanding that he had a gun but didn't take it out. Time will tell what actually happened in that incident.

So what? That was much ado about nothing. They don't plea bargain assault against a LEO. That's how I know that. Resisting officer with violence....to resisting officer without violence...and then waived. And nothing since 2005. This isn't a career criminal. He's being crucified.

The police reports are available online and a link was posted in one of the threads. None of the reports say anything about Zimmerman pulling a gun or threatening anyone with a gun. Even Shellie Zimmerman said she never saw a gun.

yes it will. My point early reports, especially on scene are at times not that accurate. MSM rushes to get stories out.
 
I think his lawyer said he had a gun in his car. Not in his hand, not pointing it at anyone, not using it, not killing 20 children in cold blood.

Stop the ridiculous, OD.
