Proof that the Zimmerman case coverage was about politics not the case itself

I have said this several times, and I am going to continue to say it over and over. You got the result you wanted, and yet you are still complaining. Nobody is bringing up race except the pro-Zimmerman people. You would think if you wanted it not to be about race you wouldn't keep bringing race BACK into the equation.

Michelle Malkin | Jamiel's Law: The revolt against L.A.'s illegal alien sanctuary policy «
Jamiel shaw was targeting by a illegal immagrants gang member as a rival gang member because he was black when he said he wasn't a gang member that did not convince the gangbanger he shoot him just to be sure.
So where is al sharpton, Jessie Jackson and the NAACP on this one?

Good Question.

Now, I have a question for you: Where are the Zimmerman supporters at on this one: http://huffingtonpost.com/2013/07/18/biggby-coffee-trayvon-martin-employee-tweet-_n_3616768.html

What do you think? Is that tweet okay, or not okay?

I'll tell you what I know -That tweet was way over the line.I'm a strong supporter of First Amendment rights, but some things should not be said.

I didn't care what the result was I just wanted the process not mob justice.

You have free speech not freedom from the consequences that speech makes.

I was thrilled to see George get justice. It is tragic that a 17 year old is in his grave, forever. It is tragic that the BGI, Scheme Team and others used Martin's death for their own purposes. Many of us really care about the Black Community and want to help them get assimilated in America.

This Zimmerman supporter would not touch Huff Post with a 30' pole. Nothing would convince me to read there or support Adrianna. Ill advised Post, but what I would expect Huff Post to publish.

I know, I'm just saying the people who are against race in the case are the ones who continue to bring it up.

Of course it was about the political implications. It was about the justice system's failures to convict killers of young black men, and about gun nuts and the culture of vigilantism.

The prozimmerman people brought up race? So Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and the like didn't say anything about race? Obama didn't make the case about race? The national black caucus didn't condemn the result? Come on man.

I phrased that wrong. It was made about race originally by the people you mentioned and more, but no longer is it being brought up (besides maybe the NAACP). Now it's just the people pointing out how it shouldn't be about race that is bringing it up.

Why are you telling an obvious lie?

Then why not go after the gang banger in the same way or address the real killer of young black men other young black men.

Because gangs aren't the problem. Poverty, desperation, and oppression are. But it's easy to turn a blind eye when you're not the one suffering, and it's easy to make yourself feel better by condemning those who suffering and pretending that they deserve it.

Wait... Being black does not not equal murder? WTH is she saying?

I never said the deserve quit trying to stereotype me and put words in my mouth. Also poverty may be a driving factor but I think the bigger problem is the breakdown of the black family and the glorification of thug culture are what makes crime in a poor black community worse than other poor communities .

Agreed the break down of the black family is the core of the problem. When young blacks have no cohesive family, it's only natural to seek one. This is what gangs [falsely] offer them with membership. When you have no father to lead, then a substitute older gang leader makes sense. Too bad they find out the hard way, this isn't what they really need.

Well, the patriarchal bit aside, why do you think families are breaking down, then? Why does a gang (which is an issue for only a small minority of young poor black males and plenty of young poor white, Asian, or Latino males as well) present a better looking alternative? Could it be the poverty, desperation, and oppression? You're just deflecting from the real problems.

Dunno what happened to Shrubnose's ORIGINAL POST that had a question about the crap in Huffington Post !

Be that as it may, in answer to that portion of Shrubnose's post (which apparently is absent)....about what one thinks of the Huffington Post:

I don't know about anyone else, but the anti-Black Racists Swine, and the anti-Black Racist Enabling DEM Lib/Gay turds I asked .......they ALL, without exception, stated that ANYTHING coming outa that HuffingtonPost sewer is ...... what is in a sewer.
