You probably consider this thread a harassment. Id love to see your response to having you own male stalker following you for no good reason, as you go about your business.

Some of you people need a hidden camera and a willing odd looking fellow to follow you around tomorrow and see how you react. I guarantee theres a few john waynes out there posting that wouldnt take it kindly.

The case has become so entrinched in colour because of the idea that this guys skin was his badge and TMs skin was his sin.

We need to get past that and ask ourselves, irrespective of the law, how we would react to having a hostile man with a gun following us. Lets say we dont know he has a gun. Hes just a man with no badge and no uniform following us.

Its not an appeal to emotion. Its an appeal to rationale.

No one can really afford to let some bloke stalk them. Stalking comes from stalking prey, and thats exactly the derivative im citing in its use. Stalking prey.

No one is allowing that.

I've answered this half a dozen times. I've BEEN followed by suspicious people before, more than once, more than twice, more times than I can easily remember. Sometimes I evaded, sometimes I confronted... but I never did a Trayvon and just jumped them ONLY for following me.

They were dead.......

Thats cute. Il advise them imho to deal with the threat, and then deal with the consequences after. Today dont promise tomorrow and theres nothing in your post that has anything to do with stand your ground, or is going to stop someone getting stabbed by a mental patient.

You bravado seems to suggest you are able to fly and / or have a bullet proof bad man suit on. I really dont get how you make me the bad guy.

Go look up mental patient attack, and it will say the same thing. Evade and use overwhelming force if you have to.

But in all fairness, I remember as a child, much younger than TM, being afraid to walk home after dark. A GZ would have freaked me out too.

You know, had TM also been carrying a weapon, and he pulled it on GZ, thinking this stranger following him, who is now fighting with him, who just pulled out a gun, posed deadly or great bodily harm to him, and he got the draw on GZ, and GZ was killed first, then TM would be just in his "stand your ground," defense as well.

Moral of the story: Everybody go buy a gun and carry it. LOL!
