Zimmerman had every right to follow Martin

false.

as a 17 year old, not on trial, his past was not introduced.

but we do know more about his past.

drugs. theft. battery.

Weed? Yes.. but you know nothing else.. There is no evidence ,no arrests, no juvenile record.

Kicked out of school, twice. He was in Sanford only because his mother could no longer handle him.
Trayvon brought his own death on. Had he just flipped Zimmerman off and kept walking. He would be alive.

You guys see nothing wrong with it, because you have no problem with seeing a 17 year old Trayvon being shot and killed. You think he deserved to be followed and killed.

That attitude is a lot different than understanding why Zimmerman wasn't found guilty. Lack of evidence. But to say Zimmerman's actions should be replicated and commonplace in society is reprehensible.

In today's world wearing a hood is a problem
Zimmerman should not have followed Trayvon
and Trayvon should not have gotten within striking distance
of a man he did not know which was following him.

Trayvon Had no scratches, no bleeding who yelled?
obviously it was the person with all the injuries,

[
B]Have you ever had a brain injury?
it hurts like the dickens
it feels like
your head is about to explode[/B]
what stopped the attack?
THE SHOT! UNFORTUNATELY THEY BOTH PUT themselves in a bad situation

Once he over powered GZ and started to beat him with his fists into the concrete. He deserved anything he got, inluding death.

walking up shouting racial slurs, I don't agree with.

given the history of race relations, if some guy is shouting racial slurs at you alone at night, you have every reason to fear great bodily harm.
Then take off running. T had 'checked Geoge' out and saw a 'tub of lard'. Just like the jury did. T must have thought he could beat George's ** but he never thought the 'wimp' would have a gun. Very bad decision on T's part.
Hope a lot of 'wanna-be Trayvons' are smart enough not to commit felony assault on a "Cracker". That will save some lives.

Yea, son of a cop here. Zim is no cop, couldnt even get in the academy.

Hmm..., Only because his credit rating disqualified him according to the PD.

I think the opinion you're espousing is disgusting. Nobody should follow random people and create deadly situations. Trayvon Martin is dead, and he wouldn't be dead if Zimmerman didn't find him suspicious. All he was doing was walking, wearing a hoodie, and he was black.
That's not how the jury saw it dear.
The evidence showed that T attacked who was convinced was a wimp. The wimp had a gun.
Not even the State could come up with any evidence to refute this. T dead. George walks over to MSNBC and picks up his settlement in the seven figures. Then over to HBO to sell the movie rights. Then to the book publisher for another million dollar cheque. Then on to his chartered plane to live in SA in luxury.
The Martins in the mean time have already burnt threw their five figure settlement money.
NO civil suit in Florida BTW.
Granny: "Remember. Don't touch anything that doesn't belong to you and that the "Cracker' may have a gun!".

Zimmerman will never be a police officer in the USA.

Sadly you may be correct. From all appearances even if Zimmerman had been accepted to the Academy, he would have failed the PD Academy for physical inability reasons.

In general, a poor credit rating is regarded as a good indicator of a person with poor personal responsibility.

Let's think about this, Zimmerman follows Martin because he wants to keep his community safe, and some sort of altercation occurs that ends up with Zimmerman getting his head cracked in the sidewalk. I don't care if Zimmerman walked up to Martin spouting racial slurs, you don't start hitting him. There's no evidence that Zimmerman ever punched Martin, or even laid hands on him.

I wish everyone was a "wanna-be" cop, this world would be much safer.

When, post-trial, one of the prosecutors sneered that Zimmerman was a "wannbe cop" I felt that prosecutor should immediately be fired. Any prosecutor who sees someone wanting to become a police officer as something to sneer at and who holds such open contempt for and disrespect for police officers should be fired.

That prosecutor, of course, in the Zimmerman trial was a "wannabe" prosecutor, because he lost. So he's just wannabe prosecutor loser.

Sour grapes. On top of the fact they didnt want to prosecute anyway.

Zimmerman also had issues and a record of violence. Isn't this the third time he's been acquitted of a crime?

No it isn't. However, it is the first time Martin didn't get away with one.

Trayvon had no history of attacking people.. No history of violence... but George did..
Based on the evidence the State was NEVER able to provide which the defense did YOU lose. You can re-post your hundreds of silly nonsense all you wish but NOTHING will EVER change the FACT that George was cleared of all charges by a jury of, ironically ALL WOMEN!!!!!!
They apparently were capable of listening to the evidence and deciding George is innocent.
I find it not surprising that virtually every Black 'talking head' in the media refuses to accept the verdict.

Well, the talking heads are hand picked because they disagree. That is how the "news" works these days.

Yes but George will be a multimillionaire in South America. Gee, I wonder which life he would prefer? HAAAAAAAA HAAAAAAAAAA!

You guys see nothing wrong with it, because you have no problem with seeing a 17 year old Trayvon being shot and killed.

Where do you come up with that outrageous garbage?

I have no problem at all with a person keeping an eye on someone that they believe to be suspicious, in order to inform the police of their location when they arrive. That is not only OK with me, I encourage it. If more people did that, there would be a hell of a lot less crime.

As for your other comment, please pay close attention... I don't want anyone to be killed period. I deplore violence, especially when it involves young people or results in someone's death. It's truly a shame that Martin had to die that night and I feel terrible for his family, but his death resulted from his own reckless behavior, not from the behavior of the man he violently attacked. Defending one's self from a physical attack isn't a crime, but choosing to attack someone is.

Do you understand me, or was that not clear enough for you?

You think he deserved to be followed and killed.

Like I said, nobody deserves to be killed, but he brought it on himself when he decided to attack Zimmerman and ignored his cries for help.

That attitude is a lot different than understanding why Zimmerman wasn't found guilty. Lack of evidence. But to say Zimmerman's actions should be replicated and commonplace in society is reprehensible.

You are just flat out wrong... Zimmerman was found not guilty because he was only defending himself, which is exactly what the evidence showed. You have allowed your emotions to take over and they've blinded you to what actually happened that night... All you can see is a poor teenager who was shot dead by a monster who tracked him down an killed him, rather then a teen who chose to confront and attack a man who didn't do a GD thing to him.

WAKE UP
