zimmerman attorneys quickly set sights to make NBC pay

I heard O'Mara today on Sean Hannity's radio show. He said they'll have a SYG hearing asap. I think he's chomping at the bit to pursue some legal action. They discussed the DOJ investigation, I was traveling so I lost reception for a moment and couldn't understand what he was saying. Bottom line, he said they can investigate and might even file a suit. He also added laughing, "if they want to pursue that avenue, I don't believe they'll even get the matter in front of a judge".

I pointed that out when he said the same in his presser immediately after the verdict.
I think that he should wait until a suit is filed. That way he would be guaranteed payment for those services.
