The critical factor in the Zimmerman case?

How in the hell, at that time of night, in those conditions (light rain), do you know that Trayvon is 17??!! You don't!! I'm tired of this 'He was a 17 year old kid' defense! He could just as easily been 30, 40, 50.....what a ridiculous statement!

Hey, us 50 year olds are smart enough not to go walking in the rain.

Well that is a lie. You had an agenda. Your string of half truths and lies was in response to someone who was actually trying to tell you the facts of the case. You didn't want the truth they were giving you.

No. you do not have telepathy and a greater understanding of my own mind than i do.

You are lying. I asked about the case, and a line of elementary questions led you to betray your agenda.

Yea, we will see when some thug is looking to make his street cred and GZ flinches.

meanwhile, his life is worth plenty. he smiled the minute the verdict was read, because he knows the value of his life went way up as a result.

He sort of smiled a nervous smile, knowing he dodged a bullet.

he smiled the type of smile appropriate considering someone did die.

just another sign of someone without a depraved mind.

surely trayvon could have pled that he was in fear for his life
