Zimmerman's Public Safety Instincts

Shorter version - under Rule of Law, people can not be convicted of a crime because some Association says the person broke their rules nor because of any other private organizations ideological, religious, political or social beliefs - and regardless of whether that is the popular religion, ideology, political or social values and beliefs. THAT is what vigilianteeism is and often in it's worst form. It ruled the South against African-Americans for a hundred years. Still would in some areas without Rule of Law against popular opinion and values.

Guilty of violating the publication of Neighborhood Watch? How absurd. Who cares what they think? They have no authority over anything or anyone whatsoever and their rules have no legal weight whatsoever.

A neighborhood watch program cannot revoke someone's legal right to conceal carry via a state issued conceal carry permit.
