Z: "NOT GUILTY" and/or "COMPLETELY INNOCENT" !!! [W:2]

So, the sentient readers can either accept what was on Greta Van Sustern's show, and the info in my post ......or believe Paperview, who is probably a DEM who produced the bogus photos.

When the Trial data comes out, it'll be clear who the LIAR is.

for the most part, the mass media is selling advertising. and the way it does so is by publishing information which will cause people to read/watch/hear their stories, thereby exposing its viewership to the paid advertising. and to grab attention to their stories they will spin it to elicit greater viewership, so they can raise their advertising rates. a society which subscribes to low value information is a ready market for such spun stories. notice how the media is only responding to the demands of its clients, the advertisers

I already told you the basis for the lawsuit from the very beginning: They posted his social security number for everyone to see.

Did you have like a pre-written speech that you really wanted to use instead of addressing the point I actually brought up?
 
Wonder what Z will do with his new network? Maybe he'll convert MSNBC to a true conservative network (unlike Fox's fake conservatism).

disclosure of zimmerman's SSN is not a legal violation
the network did not use his SSN for nefarious purposes
it reported what was reported to the network
back up and try again

That's why the talking heads, especially with opinion pieces would constantly fire off with rhetoric like "He murdered him because he was black." and other such ridiculous statements to get people fired up for a race war.

That is the only reason anybody cares about this case, because they've made it about race.

And yes, exposing personal information, like someone's SSN, is enough to get you sued. Or did you think they can do whatever the hell they want?

To be completely accurate. He tweeted what he thought was GZ's parents house. Turns out it was an, in their 70's couple, who had to evacuate their home, due to the "vigilantes" seeking a "lynching".

I said in my initial post "I don't know if he has enough grounds to win"

The point being the intent behind his action. With the New Black Panthers already placing a $10K bounty on GZ's life... Lee tweeted what he thought was GZ address. He apparently had someone check the phone book white pages and by mistake gave him fathers address which he tweeted a couple of times. Why do you think he did that?

This is why it's been reported [among others like NBC] he's considering a lawsuit against him. Can he prove wrong doing? I doubt it.

Do you really have grounds to be libeling a dead kid?

The soldier killed in london last month joined a paid group of killers who were arguably not serving the interests of our nation, but instead acting on the behest of conglomerate interests.

Im pretty sure calling him a paid thug, could get someone in trouble.

We are very careful when it comes to some people and seemingly very careless when it comes to others.
