Did Zimmerman say he didn't need medical help?

TM was probably in fear of his life..............

exactly. Both were probably in fear of their lives. Zimmerman being better equiped to defend himself from that fear does not make him guilty of murder.

reasonable fear....... why is that concept so very difficult for some people to understand?

I have not a clue. and then Sharon replied that TM was fearing for his life. Maybe he was. It all boils down to who was the aggressor.

You also have tied injuries to "fear for you life". One does not need injuries to fear for life. If the law requires injuries to make the claim of fear for life, you will have to show me that law.

Totally, totally agreed.

But the problem Zimmerman is going to have is that it is possible that his injuries do not match up with his story. If he is shown to be untruthful about what happened, I guarantee that will weigh heavily on the jury. It will give them cause to weigh any other testimony, statement, or re-enactment differently.

Serino asked George on the 27th AFTER he had seen his doctor if he needed stitches.. and George answered maybe later. He was trying to deceive the investigator.

Sharon. You weaken your position.
It is basically (bolded) an opinion of yours which comes close to liable if you cannot prove the statement.

Its in the SPD interview of 2/27.. Listen to it.

George speaks for himself...

You also forget that George's PA will testify and her report will be entered into the record.

Which is odd because usually you get stitched up sooner than later...

Well you don't get stitches 2 days after an injury...

Neither the EMTs nor George's doctor put a bandaid on his head.

George didn't see his Dr. How do you know the PA didn't treat him with the bandaids? His nose was fractured, hurt, and he suffered joint pain likely because of the assault, the physician’s assistant, Lindzee E. Folgate wrote. “We discussed that it is likely broken, but does not appear to have septal deviation,” the report said. “The swelling and black eyes are typical of this injury. I recommended that he be evaluated by ENT but he refused.”

Medical records: George Zimmerman had black eyes, painful broken nose but no head trauma - Trayvon Martin - MiamiHerald.com

I once went 3 days with a broken wrist because I thought it was noly sprained. we have no idea as to the actual extent severity of zimmerman's injuries because he was never evaluated by a specialist.

Read the PAs report.. Its been in evidence for months.

Those honking big bandages were put on George by his wife.

Such prejudice, really. People without health insurance don't go to the emergency room unless it's absolutely necessary. (Oh! Unless they're trying to bolster a lawsuit or are on Medicaid.) It is quite easy to understand why he refused further treatment.

Are you saying George's PA is going to testify that GZ was trying to deceive the investigators? That is what I am challenging you on. Not if and when he said he may get stitches.

I am curious, are there any witnesses to ZImmerman getting his head slammed against the concrete?

Comparing a wrist to a head injury?

Wow.

comparing an injury to an injury. shocking isn't it?

Heads and wrists to not injure in the same way with the same implications.

If George really had a brain injury and didn't have it treated......3 days (heck 12 hours) could mean dead.

A wrist injury that was uncomplicated can heel up on its own.

I broke my right wrist and when I got my cast off I told the orthopedist that I was glad because I had been favoring my left wrist so much that it was getting pretty sore.
Turns out I had the same exact fracture on the other wrist, and it was already healing. (we had split a cord of wood and I fell while carrying the wood in both arms)
