OJ... Zimmerman... Guilty... Not guilty... Where do you stand?

I chose option #3... I still to this day believe OJ Simpson killed Ron Goldman and his ex-wife and that opinion is etched in stone... As for my belief that Zimmerman is not guilty, that is based on the evidence that's so far known, and is subject to change should new evidence come to light.

No one will ever convince that O.J. was not guilty.

On Zimmerman I'm not so sure, but I'm inclined to believe that he's guilty and the jury will send him to the Greybar Hotel.

Let's wait and see.

Why do you think Zimmerman is guilty?

This is probably my first and last participation in this sub forum. I have not followed the case at all. However in my opinion, I think Zimmerman is and should be found NOT GUILTY of second degree murder. Manslaughter maybe, but he wasn't charged with that. I think its tragic that Trayvon died at the hands of Zimmerman, but as is often said, he will live the remainder of his life knowing he was responsible for the young man's death.

Whatever the decision, lets hope people accept it and go on with their lives and there is no anger.

From a personal standpoint, I haven't seen anything that would indicate to me Zimmerman want acting in self defense... From a legal standpoint, his case is just like OJ's trial, where all you need is reasonable doubt... Since there is no witnesses and no concrete evidence that contradicts Zimmerman's version of events, how can there not be reasonable doubt among some, if not every member of the jury?

I am an OJ conspiracy theorist. I fully believe that OJ's son killed Nicole and Ron in a fit of rage and OJ was willing to take the rap for it and got lucky. (note: although the bloody glove did not fit OJ...I was of the correct size to fit his son). OJ's son had a history of having problems with Nicole.

As for Zimmerman. I don't know if he is guilty or not. However, the evidence released to date does not prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

Casey Anthony should have been added to this poll as well, imo.

let's not forget that the jury pool for Zimmerman comes from the same general area as the 12 monkeys who let Casey Anthony walk.

I agree with this, which is why I voted for option 1.

I voted both not guilty, as OJ has been found NG by a jury,
and GZ was defending himself.
Regardless of weather I think OJ is responsible for Nicole's death, He is not Guilty.
We ether believe in our legal system or not.

That is my opinion based on my knowledge of the case,OK?

You may have a different opinion, but the only opinions that will really matter are those of the jury that will hear the case.

I don't intend to argue this case with you or anyone else.

I will be interested to hear what the jury decides and why.

That is all that I am going to say on this.

Have a nice day.

one of the things I found oddly amusing about the OJ case was that immediately following his "not guilty" verdict, he lost all interest in "finding the real killer"

They use monkeys on juries in Florida?

That's strange.

I agree with you.

I don't believe that Zimmerman is guilty of murder, but I would support a conviction for manslaughter based on what happened.

Basically an unarmed teenager was shot dead by an armed adult male for walking while black.

nope. being black had little to do with it.

I believe in our legal system, but that does not change my opinion that OJ committed those murders.

That's your opinion.

I believe that if Trayvon Martin had been White, he would be alive today.

while I tend to agree with you...it's not for the same reason. GZ followed young black male TM because young black males had been breaking into houses in the neighborhood and stealing ****. If TM had been white or asian or hispanic, he would not have fit the profile of the criminals.

Now, if the recent breakins had been committed by young white males...then you would have a valid case that GZ followed TM simply because he was black.

Hopefully. someone will get some justice at this trial.

I'll bet that Zimmerman wishes that he had stayed home and played video games that night.

Both killed the people in question. One was definitely guilty of murder, the other, not.

There is ONE THNG that has always stod out with the OJ case that I was always bothered by. He had a pretty wicked cut on his finger. They found gloves they allege he used during the attack. And yet...no corresponding cut on the glove. Either he gutted one, took the glove off and got surprised by the other, or...something else was involved.

I have little doubt of OJs guilt. If he is innocent he is both the most stupid person of all time and the worlds biggest victim of unfortunate circumstances of all time.

will you gracefully accept the jury's verdict if it is Zimmerman who gets justice?
