OJ and Zimmerman... What's your opinion?

I believe that:

  • Total voters
    23
  • Poll closed .
I watched that trial and saw that happen live. The very first thing that crossed my mind was that leather gloves shrink, because I remembered as a kid when I would play in the snow, how incredibly difficult it was the next day to get them on again.

I understand that.
And have experienced it myself.
Even in expensive calf skin.
I understand the latex issue.

So I again have to point out...
that those gloves appear to still be supple.
and to look at the thumb area of his left hand.

Those gloves are not suffering from a shrinkage problem.

That is only an excuse.

And Johnnie Cochrane had rubbed a sticky substance on the latex gloves to make putting on the leather gloves even more difficult. He laughed about doing this a couple of years later when talking to some friends.
I can already hear at least one of the all White women jury whispering under her breath: "This one's for Nicole and Ron. What goes around comes around".

I don't think you understand sarcasm.
So please link to this so it can be verified.

Margot, oops sorry Sharon overheard Johnnie when he was attending that famous dinner party she threw to welcome the Prince she had been treating back in KSA. I'm surprised you haven't already heard about it.

So you are saying that is what sharon alleged?

Just saw this and wonder why poll was closed? Could it be they didn't like the trend of 52% OJ was guilty and Zimmerman is NOT guilty and nearly 75% GZ not guilty?

I would of added to the 52%

From a personal standpoint, I haven't seen anything that would indicate to me Zimmerman want acting in self defense... From a legal standpoint, his case is just like OJ's trial, where all you need is reasonable doubt... Since there is no witnesses and no concrete evidence that contradicts Zimmerman's version of events, how can there not be reasonable doubt among some, if not every member of the jury?

What I find more interesting than the actual case and disturbing at the same time are similarities in the attitudes of the public, regarding the cases. I was younger when the OJ Simpson trial was going on but from what I can recall and have since learned is in both cases there seem to be strong passions in support of the accused that seem to transcend the objective pursuit of justice.
