You know why the judge kept the audio experts out, don't you? They couldn't agree on the technology or the methodology.. that might have opened the door for an appeal.

She made the right decision.

yeah, I'm sure he only smoked it once....that's why he had a pipe and empty baggie at school. that's why his tweets, texts, etc routinely talked about it. he was just wanting people to think he was a regular user.

question: what did Saddam Hussein and Trayvon Martin have in common?

answer (apparently): they both wanted people to believe that they were/had something they were/did not and they got killed because of it.
