Important Rulings Made At Today's Hearing

Shelli makes it clear she is unsure.
What did his lawyer say?

Paperview's Post #42 has the link.

"Zahra Umansky, who represented Zimmerman after a 2005 arrest on an assault charge, said the severity of the count came as a surprise to many lawyers.
"We, as a legal community, thought that the charge would be only manslaughter," Umansky told CNN's "Starting Point."

In the 2005 case, Zimmerman entered a pre-trial diversion program and took an anger-management class, Umansky said."

I want this trial to be over to observe one of two outcomes:

1. Trayvon Martin supporters will sink into a pool of despair realizing that they have nothing else left to live for now that the trial is over and Z is sent to prison.
2. If Z is found not guilty, I want to see the trayvon martin supporters go ape**** crazy.

I never cared about the nobody that was killed by another, more fatter nobody. I don't care if it was legal or not. It is much more entertaining to see people grind their gears over 2 nobody's that nobody should ever care unless they were related. Which 99.9999999999% of the world isn't related to either one of these nobodys. Why? Because they are nobodys.

You care enough to pop in these forums on a regular basis to tell us all how much you don't care:lol:

TL;DR - I care.

I haven't seen her lie about anything.

Did you know that Trayvon's grandfather is a retired police officer in Miami..

Trayvon wasn't afraid of the police.. he was afraid of creepy George.

I haven't seen her lie about anything.

Wow.

How's that story of the incident and Trayvon on his knees prostrate in front of George begging while George makes religious proclamations coming? Seems like you sure are taking a long time to come up with one that makes sense.

I didn't tell a story like that.. Buck, you are losing it.. Get over your fixation.

It is a common misconception that when people show interest in something it means that they "care". Caring implies an emotional attachment to a situation. I don't give a rats ass how the trial ends because I don't have any emotions regarding the defendant or the victim. I do have contempt for the way the whole case was orchestrated to the people... but there is where my interest lies. In the social manipulation of the masses. My sole interest in this case is purely observational. Scientific. See how much the media can manipulate weak minded individuals to jump on a bandwagon, and its pretty damn efficient. You'd be shocked if you would step outside the herd and look inwards.

No, that was Reich's belief, and Stardog repeated it.. That portion of the post has nothing to do with you.

I haven't seen her lie about anything.

I also wonder when you'll come up with the cite of George asking W6 for help restraining Trayvon.

Maybe you should be really mad at yourself considering the whoppers you've engaged in.

Yet just about every time you pop in here we have to read an explanation of how you "don't care":lamo

Who you trying to convince here buddy?

I'm just trying to instruct you in the property of language. I don't mind writing longer sentences when the issue is a more complex one. You can't solve complex issues with simple phrasings... so yeah.

You're welcome to prove it didn't happen. Unless you are lying and you can't.

She was unsure how O'Mara was phrasing the questions, not about Zimmerman taking anger management.

Wrong!
I believe he had to go to anger management.
Indicates she is not sure if he had to go to it or not.
Which has absolutely nothing to do with how he asked the questions.
Stop being dishonest.

Figures you couldn't be bothered to actually quote it correctly.

I had not seen that post as it was posted within a minute before my posting.

I agree that is what the lawyer at the time said.

But until proven otherwise I will accept what he says as being accurate.

Now prove he is remembers it accurately.

Which still will not be coming into this trial, not unless the door is opened to it.
Which is and was the original argument.

It is a non-violent offense on Zimmerman's part, and is not going to come in to trial unless the door is opened to it.

I already did this.. I can do it again, though. Listen to the reenactment where George discusses his interaction with W6 starting at 5:14. He indicates he was getting beat with his head hit into the concrete and he asked W6 to help him.

Oh, the webs we weave...

Did you come up with that ridiculous story yet? I'm on pins and needles.

Oh, and before you try to do what I suspect you will try to do.. Here is your original comment:

Stardog said:
Z admitted on video that he asked W6 to help him restrain TM. Guess he didn't want another A hole/punk getting away. Interesting isn't it.

I can only imagine the amount of self-loathing you must be feeling.

6:05 Z claims he didn't think he hit him. Yet the screaming stops at the gunshot on the 911 call.
7:05 "Help me restrain this guy".

So, now we know the admitted killer's mind from "These a holes always get away" to W8 testimony of a confrontation and TM screaming "Get off! Get off!" to - even after TM had been shot in the heart - to "Help me restrain this guy" Z wanted to be a hero and he ended up killing an unarmed kid. Jury is not going to like that.

Is your heart all a flutter?

So.. Let's look at your original claim:

The individual at the 7:05 mark.. Was that to W6 as you have repeatedly claimed? Were you just hoping no one would notice?

It seems reasonable that after someone just gets their ass kicked for what would appear to be no reason, that he might want to prevent the guy from getting away and ask someone else to help.

Wrong!
He said he didn't know if he hit ™, because he sat back and spoke. Making him think that ™ saw the gun and was giving up.

Stop trying to spin it.

We already know she is a liar on multiple fronts.
That is not going to be believed.

Jury is not going to like that.
The jury is going to understand the need to use deadly force in self-defense against someone who had been pummeling you and slamming your head into the ground.
They will understand those actions are reasonable and prudent.

Everyone can watch the link and see for themselves. Your desperate and pathetic interpretations are not needed.

Motion denied.

But, no. Trayvon was on his knees in front of George, bowing to him like the god he is and George was talking about how he shall smite Trayvon. While this was going on, George thought it would be fun to let Trayvon scream for help for 40 seconds so that all the other residents would know to watch as George smote the non-beleiver. Or so Stardog would have us believe.

And I guarantee that every single one of them will realize that George did not ask W6 for help restraining anyone. They will all know the lies you posted and the resulting selff-loathing that you must be going through, based on your prior comments.

Yes everybody can see that your desperate and pathetic interpretations were not needed.
It is hilarious that you think otherwise.

And a group of people he finds so loathsome called it by saying that his type would say exactly that.

So predictable.
