What the state doesn't want said of Trayvon Martin at trial [W:326]

Moderator's Warning:
Personal attacks and off-topic comments need to stop now.

I just started looking more closely at this case...especially after these latest rulings. As someone once said... or something to the effect. "it looks like someone is being set up for a high tech lynching"

This case is seething with racism from both sides and believe we'll see massive protests and violence regardless of the end result.

Anyway...It will be interesting to see how the jury selection goes along with opening arguments.

According to the paramedic report, the vigilante neighborhood watch captain was on the prescription drug Temazepam, reports MSNBC.com.

Temazepam, also known as Restoril, is known to cause insomnia and anxiety, reports MSNBC. But there are more important side effects that were not mentioned.

According to the U.S. National Library of Medicine, the drug is also known to cause “aggressiveness” and “hallucinations,” among other problematic symptoms.

The defense fought to keep Zimmerman's drug out. Why can't the prosecution do the same? Admit both or none. It is only fair and impartial.

The drug is used to treat insomnia. So you think he took it prior to going on neighborhood watch?

Yea, it does. The defendant admitted to being on it.
No it doesn't.
You were doing nothing more than deflecting.
You were asked if you thought he took it prior to going on neighborhood watch?
Telling the EMT he was prescribed a medication does not answer the question that was asked.

He didn't say he was prescribed. He said he was on it. It's called an admission against interest. But you wouldn't know that because you're not educated in the law.

He didn't say he was prescribed. He said he was on it.

Really?
Why is it you are always being untruthful about the evidence?
Even if he had worded something like that it would mean he has a prescription for it. Not that he had taken it at a specific time.

Regardless you are wrong as usual.

You were doing nothing more than deflecting.

Prove it. Or stop lying.

You think he just said he was on it. iLOL Doh! Prove it.
You think he told the Paramedic he had taken that medication that evening. Prove it.

While we all await your inability to prove what you say.
Deal with the real evidence and the reports of it.

Zimmerman himself was on a prescription for Tamazepam, according to the paramedic's incident report reproducing his medical records.

And here are the reports that the above articles speak of.
Nothing in them about him having taken that medication at the time of the shooting.
But they sure do document the damage of 's attack.

Damn, seems you have been caught again not being truthful.

It's called an admission against interest. But you wouldn't know that because you're not educated in the law.
Oh look at you. You think you learned something, yet are misapplying it.
Guess you need to go back to school.

Zimmerman''s medical reports are evidence . Period.
Suggesting that he suffered from a side effect that affects a very limited amount of those who are prescribed it, is out of the question unless it can be shown that he was suffering from those side effects. And that just can't be done with the known evidence.

Yea, really.

Funny in the report you posted it doesn't say z was "prescribed" his drugs. It says he was "medicated" on those drugs.
Since you clearly don't understand what a statement against interest is you should probably start with something smaller like what the difference between "Prescribed" and "Medicated" is.

These are the best debates ever. I tell you, you are wrong and you come back with the evidence that proves me right. LOL! :lamo

You better get ready for trial. Oh, wait, there wasn't supposed to be a trial. LoL!

Wow, it took you that long to come up with such a lame excuse.
All you have been proven to be, is wrong! Over and over again.

You are wrong, were wrong and will obviously continue to be wrong.

You have yet to show where he said he was "on" anything that evening.

Any level headed intelligent person knows they are speaking to his prescriptions.

Now get to proving what you said. As we all know you can't because what you said was untruthful. Push on instead.
