State voice experts may be using phony science

I didn't recall hearing what that facebook poster claims W18 said... so I went and checked... Let's compare what they claim she said and what she actually said:

They claim:
4) Witness 18 states that Fogen is the aggressor and that she saw the whole thing from the confrontation onward. She states that she heard what is described as a young boy screaming for help and which was ended by a gunshot. She saw the defendant simply rise to his feet off the victim, Trayvon. W18 also says she can say for certain how the struggle moved as she saw the whole thing and can pinpoint it out.

What she actually stated:
She thought she heard loud voices outside while she was upstairs in her bedroom. She didn’t hear voices for about 10 minutes or so, and then heard them again. She couldn’t see anything at first, then saw two men on the ground and someone calling for help from her window. She remembers hearing the pop noise. She thought she heard more than one pop. She then called 911. She saw a larger man standing a couple of feet from a body. She couldn’t see any faces. She couldn’t hear what the people were yelling about. She said she saw what looked like a “larger Hispanic man” as the person who walked away from the incident.

I honestly didn't look too much at the rest... but your first clue that they are full of it, is when they insist on using "Fogen" instead of Zimmerman. BTW, listen to that 911 call.. That lady is a nutjob. She even says, I didn't see... yet that FB poster claims she can pinpoint it all. Shrug.

BTW, the list you included has a bunch of nonsense/unrelated claims. Allow me to edit it down so that it only addresses who was screaming for help and add my comments (boldeD).

6) Witness 6 first stated on a 911 call that he saw wrestling and then the black guy was shot. He then later claimed when interviewed by police, he thought he saw a man in red underneath the black guy, like in MMA, and he assumed the man in red was screaming. When FDLE interviewed him again, w6 then claimed he was not sure who was screaming anymore, and he believes now that Trayvon was just trying to pin Fogen on the ground and that Trayvon could have been screaming for help. The witness sticks to his final story of the pinning as he says he heard no striking noises. There is also no DNA transfer whatsoever on Trayvon's hands, arms, sleeves, or cuffs, which scientifically says Trayvon never attacked Fogen like he claims.

9) Experts have testified that it is not Fogen screaming for help - experts that are discredited by other experts (leaders in the field), the FBI and their own statements.

10) Fogen, when he listens to the tape, states that the screams do not sound like him. - which is a nonsenical and unimportant statement

11) Sybrina testifies that it does indeed sound like her son. -true, but they left off the brother and father who both originally state it wasn't Trayvon or they are not sure.

Oops.. last one...

2) Witness 2 - says she saw and heard a chase and someone screaming "No No No" which was ended by a gun shot

If this is true... then Trayvon was obviously not the one screaming for help... as you can't scream for "help" and scream "no no no" all at the same time, with both being ended with the gunshot. We know the helps were ended at the same time as the gun shot - as we can hear that on the 911 call.

I believe they were referring to this interview.

If she made that claim in teh youtube video... it is contradticted by what she said during the FDLE/SPD interviews and her 911 call. In those, she states she didn't see anything.

"I do honestly feel that he intended for this kid to die," witness 5 told investigators. "If you're in self defense, shoot him in the leg. He's a 17-year-old, scrawny little kid. You get into a physical fight with him. ... I think the kid was running for help."

W5 can believe whatever she wants... But we know she is wrong. Deedee even claimed he was not running and if he were truly running for help, he would have made it more then 100 feet. If you are truly afraid for your life, you shoot for the largest target (center of the body).. not a leg. So, W5 is a moron.

It is consistent regardless if it were cries for help or "no no no". They both ended with a gun shot.

Murder 2:lol:

You may not realize this, but one individual can not scream both "no" and "help" at the exact same time which is what would have had to occur to beleive that the "no" was ended with a gunshot as the witness claimed. Additionally, the "no" is not heard in the 911 call. So, to take a page from Sharon, Trayvon must have been whispering "no" into George's ears.

Time to accept the inevitable.

Serino said that Trayvon must have been whispering in George's ear. Listen to the SPD interview tapes. I started laughing.

He was asking questions as part of an investigation.. Not my fault you take every question or statement he asked as factual. BUt, since you do.. Then obviously Trayvon was whispering in George's ear "no, no, no"... As it also is not heard on the 911 tape.

So, you must believe that Trayvon is capable of whispering in George's ear "no" while at the exact same time screaming "help". It's quite a talented little bugger, that Trayvon.

Serino was making fun of George.

Serino was making fun of George.

not really. Serino was just asking questions, trying to poke holes in Zimm's statement and get him to make mistakes/ feel pressure. But, it obviously didn't work as George really didn't have anything he was hiding. It's why Serino ultimately stated that everything he has is supporting Zimm and that he doesn't even have enough evidence to charge manslaughter. It's really a bit of a shame that you do not realize that and believe that everythign asked had no other motives.

George claims Trayvon was talking.. threatening him and using obscenities...

So? He almost certainly wasn't speaking as loudly as Zimmerman. Did you really think Trayvon was speaking as loudly as Zimmerman? Zimm was trying to attract the attention of others as he wanted help and Trayvon would not have been nearly as loud. Do you really not understand that both individuals would have had different objectives and spoken in very different volumes? Sad.

It's one of the many reasons Serino said, even after have filed the charges as part of the process, that there was not enough evidence even for manslaughter and the evidence was supporting Zimmerman.

Discredited where again? Oh right in the media:lol:
You seem to be confused between the media requesting analysis to be done so they can sell a product, versus reporting on what someone else found. Go figure!

And those so-called experts were discredited, not by the media, by what they themselves say is required to perform such analysis, and by other experts.

I find it funny that you are quoting this witness in a discussion about who was calling for help.. when she was right next to the situation and didn't even hear the loud screaming for help. She only heard muffled cries - which very likely was when Zimmerman was allegedly being smothered.

She then claims that she knows there was no fighting prior to the shot because she couldn't hear any fighting sounds... So says the lady that can't even hear loud screams for help.

Additionally, she acknowledges she didn't even see any of the encounter until after the gun shot and what she did see supports Zimm's claim that he got on top of Trayvon to hold him down after the shot.

You sure know how to pick em. Well done. :applaud

Hey Ric, missed you after you disappeared following the April 30th hearing. Glad to see you composed yourself and finally made it back. :2wave:

Well.. I think the reason that George's narratives were so fluid was because he didn't know what witnesses may or may not have seen and heard.

George is not the good guy here.. He screwed up repeatedly and then failed to identify himself and diffuse the situation.

There are two voices in those 911 recordings.. One is yelling for help.. The other is howling in sheer terror.

Sure there are.

Let the jury listen and decide.

So, now you claim that T's parents and family are lying by asserting it is their son crying for help? At least we are on the same page there.

I am asserting no such thing.

I hear two voices.. so let the jurors decide what they hear.

Watch the Hannity interview and note the smirking... George thinks he has it in the bag... George is lying, but its up to the jury to determine just how much George is lying.

in your mind... One is "yelling for help", and the other is "howling in sheer terror".

Who do you think was howling in sheer terror? Trayvon? If so, then the other voice yelling for help would have been zimmerman, which means you believe the parents are lying. I agree with you on that point.

It's not heard on the tape.. Maybe the individual howing in sheer terror, was simply whispering that howl directly into Zimmerman's ear. I'm told that must be what it means.

More halucinations. There was no smirking in that interview. I've watched it and watched it specifically for the smirking you claim. It's just not their.
