Give us evidence to refute Z's testimony not cherry-picking to minor variations that do not affect the totality of Z's version of events.

Plain and simple....It's called evidence

The state has no credible evidence to back up, the M2 charge but if, I'm wrong then show, the credible evidence to make Z plea in the last minute

Where's the evidence to refute Z?

You got that right. Strange how she keeps coming back here with quotes from that blog even though she rarely or ever goes there.

My guess is its just another symptom of her memory issues. I imagine she pops over there a few times/day... but each time she goes she forgets she was there prior.. So each visit is like the first time ever.

The Zimmerman supporters.. think the only issue is whether or not Trayvon punched George..

A jury this summer will decide whether his shooter, George Zimmerman, committed second-degree murder or merely provoked a fatal misunderstanding.

Remember the reasonable man standard.

The the only other conclusion is you are being less than truthful in your claims that you keep making even after being shown (with facts) they are incorrect. However, i'm really not ready to let go of my belief that it's just your memory.

For example:

You remember sharon, it is written into the law.

However, a person is justified in the use of deadly force and does not have a duty to retreat if:
(1) He or she reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself or another or to prevent the imminent commission of a forcible felony; or​


Most folks will think what he did was reasonable and prudent.

many of us have REPEATEDLY asked you to offer us EVIDENCE of george zimmerman's guilt
and you have yet to respond with any

yes. zimmerman will be found not guilty and you will have nothing else to post about
which is why i so look forward to this summer's/trial's end
