Ladies and Gentleman of the (George Zimmerman jury [W:345]

Doh!
No it does not.
Especially since he is the one that called the police. That does not imply "hunting for trouble".
Fine. Than why did he get out of the car--especially around a person that he believes could be dangerous? Now a person not looking for trouble and was in a car would have left after reporting it to the police and meet the police at the agreed destination point, and let the police handle it like the 911 dispatcher said they would.

WTF?
:naughty

No. Zimmerman's account says so. Which we all know Serino said that the evidence was all adding up to his claim of self defense.

And Trayvon's friends says he started the encounter also.
Like I said: we will find out what's going on once the case starts. ;)

If you are interested in discussing this case or even just arguing, learn the damn evidence first.[/QUOTE]

I have little doubt Z saw that TM was black from the get go. IMO, if TM was a white kid, I don't think we'd be here today.

So if the white kid had beaten Zimmerman and tried to take his gun, Zimmerman would have just let him do so?

Or are you saying he woudln't have been suspicious...?

Which of Trayvon's friends said he started it?
Why are you being obtuse?
You already know Diasha says Trayvon confronted Zimmerman first.

You both know that is the evidence.

Asking "What are you following me for" is not an instigation, it's a question. As far as DD confirming who started what, I think that is indeterminate based on her statements.
Yeah surrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrre spanky.
Trayvon laid in wait and only came out when the time was opportune to attack (Zimmerman's back to him) just to approach hastily and just nonchalantly ask a question. Surrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrre!
:doh
You go ahead and believe that all you want.

He came out of hiding to attack.
He proceeded in a hastily fashion towards Zimmerman and took him by surprise with his question and then proceed knock Zimmerman to the ground.

And you want us to believe that he just simply asked a non-aggressive question?
Ridiculous. He was being aggressive, so it is natural that his question would follow the same. It was asked aggressively.

Like I said: we will find out what's going on once the case starts.
And here you are trying to discuss the case without knowing the evidence. Strange!

Really?
We already know why.
It was to get an address.
There is nothing that shows otherwise.

Even if you want to believe he got out to keep eyes on Trayvon so he could point him the Police (which he called) when they arrived.
Or to see if he was up to no good.
Or any combination of all those.
None of them are aggressive in nature, and none of them are illegal.
All of them are reasonable and even prudent.

So it doesn't matter.
What matters is that Trayvon is the one who confronted Zimmerman first.

Asking someone why are you following me is not confrontational. There was no threat to George's person or his property. TM had no violent history.. George did.. .. and I have never known a teen who would ambush and attack anyone while talking on their cellphone. George probably tried to detain Trayvon because George was pretty angry when he got out of his truck. Its too out of character for Trayvon.. .. and OMara has all TM's records for over a month.

George was starring at the first house on Twin Trees.. right in front of a house number.

So if the white kid had beaten Zimmerman and tried to take his gun, Zimmerman would have just let him do so?

Or are you saying he woudln't have been suspicious...?

No, I'm saying if TM was a white kid Z would be at Target when the incident as we know it went down.

George was starring at the first house on Twin Trees.. right in front of a house number.

The whole searching for a house number is retarded. O'Mara will avoid it like the plague but the pross will use it as a centerpiece of they're "George Zimmerman has been lying all along" attack.

Seriously, can one Zimm supporter come in and defend that floater?

There were a dozen house numbers in front of him when he was in his truck...not one where he went when he exited.

It's foolish to pick a side without seeing the evidence. Because we're all presumed innocent until proven guilty, my view right now is that Z is innocent.

And why do you think that?

I never said that I think Z profiling TM because he was a young black kid in a hoodie was illegal or even illogical. If I was Zimm, based on the history of RVC I might think the same thing. Personally, I think Z went overboard. I think when he was passing TM after he used the cut through they made eye contact, eye contact that maybe only men can understand, and at that point it became personal for Zimm.

I think men can understand this, no offense to women, but it's a macho thing. The way eye contact can be used can be fighting words.

There were a dozen house numbers in front of him when he was in his truck...not one where he went when he exited.

The area behind the houses isn't illuminated by streetlights. The area infront of the house has a steetlight on Twin Trees Lane at the location where it takes a bend from east-west to south, which happens to be the area where Zimmerman's truck was parked. In addition the front of the buildings have the individual house numbers on the front. In addition each house has lights to the left and right of the garage.

The street lamps on Twin Trees Lane, the house numbers, and the lights to the left and right of the garage doors are are clearly visible in the reenactment video.

Going to the back, dark, no streetlight area to find an address instead of a lighted area where there are streetlamps. Seems odd.

I think we've all seen about 90% of the evidence that will be submitted at court.

And why do you think that?

To answer your question more fully, I try to put myself in both Z's and TM's shoes and think about what I might do under similar circumstances.

Just as the jury will do.

People on this issue want to make a demons out of Zimm or TM. I think for the most part they were pretty much just the same as you or I.

The pross will pummel Z's "street address searching" meme. Even if innocuous it will paint him as a liar to police.

It may be the loadstone that hangs him.

Wrong sharon.
There was no number where he went to look.

That is your conclusion but it is the jury's question.

Wrong sharon.
There was no number where he went to look.

That would be true, the address was located on teh other side of the house. Of course sharon doesn't have any need for facts... She prefers just making things up and presenting them as true.

Asking someone why are you following me is not confrontational.
It is when asked in and aggressive or hostile fashion.
To suggest he didn't ask it in such a way is ridiculous.

There was no threat to George's person or his property.
Surrrrrre sharon. :slapme: Keep lying to yourself.
Getting knocked down is a threat to his person.
Getting his head slamed is a threat to his person.
Trayvon going for his gun with the stated intent of murdering him, is a threat to his person.

TM had no violent history..
Doesn't matter. Our prisons are filled with those who only acted out violently one time in their life.

George did..
:doh
Actually he had a history of coming to a friends defense.
That hardly qualifies as a history of violence.

.. and I have never known a teen who would ambush and attack anyone while talking on their cellphone.
Irrelevant!

George probably tried to detain Trayvon because George was pretty angry when he got out of his truck.
Bs! He was looking for an address as stated. Nor does he sound angry at all.

Its too out of character for Trayvon..
Bs! And Irrelevant!
That is like saying Zimmerman couldn't have shot him because he never acted that way before.

I swear to god, are Zimm supporters still justifying his search for the Holy Grail? Zimm is going to get pounded to shat on it. If you don't see that then you are compromised beyond help.

Zimm's own statements are going to skewer you on that one...

"Are you following him?"

"Yes."

Case closed, turn out the lights the party is over.

Tell us exactly how the defense is going to leap that mile high hurdle?

Knocking women around and snatching cellphones.
