Bad News For Team Zimmerman: No Immunity Hearing, No "Star Witness Bombshell"

Here is the problem. I don't have any idea about forensics either... So, I would have to rely on experts, not anonymous internet bloggers. Again, though.. That's just me.

Both the sweat shirt and the hoodie were properly sized for Trayvon.. They were not huge on him.. so I question why the bullet holes don't line up.. Unless George was grabbing at the hoodie when he shot Trayvon. Knox doesn't answer the question for me.

Plus there's some witness testimony that they saw the man on top wearing white... I know witnesses can be confused, BUT....

It was so blasted dark in that dog walk that white would be a bit easier to see... So.. let's suppose the witness did see a man in a white shirt because Trayvon's hoodie was pulled away from his body.

Do you get what I am trying to say?

Nice reply there, Skippy! 1) Clue: the location of "the fight". 2) Ignore all else and play the race card. ;)

I explained to you that TM was NOT a HS football player.

:rofl -- OMG! A guy is rolling around on the ground, and you wonder how his hoodie and/or sweatshirt could be bunched up. Really??

This was when George was "pinned" in the MMA style mount..

Yes, you are trying to say damn the experts and let me substtitue my own version of reality. I get it. An explanation that makes perfect sense, allows all holes to line up and addresses what the witnesses that had the best view state doesn't fit what you want to beleive. So, you can't accept it.

Yep, and I believe you - now address the "he ran away part" of the OP.

Well Trayvon did run if you believe George and Dee Dee. .. but George account doesn't work for me. Trayvon told Dee that he thought he'd lost the creepy guy.

I have raised a bunch of boys... It makes NO sense that Trayvon would wait in ambush for an older white guy while talking on his phone. George simply isn't telling the truth about how it went down. TM had no history of violence or bullying.

I do think he cold cocked George... I do not believe that he bashed GZ's head on the sidewalk. So what would provoke a 17 year old, mild mannered kid to punch George in the nose?

If you are open to my questions.. listen to the FDLE interview of witness #6.

Trayvon was NOT beating George..

You like blogs, what ifs and playing legal advisor so try this re-spin of the huff-po spin:

Deconstructing HuffPo’s Insufferable Propaganda Reporting on Trayvon Martin | The Last Refuge

I rarely read HuffPo..

And I think the outhouse gang are viscious.. but let me try to address something here.. The photo of Trayvon was from the summer of 2011.

Secondly .. Optimist leagues goes to 8th grade or 150 pounds.. whichever comes first.. BUT.. Tracy Martin coached for the Optimist's leagues and most night Trayvon went with him to handle equipment and cook hot dogs.

Trayvon was NOT beating George..

If TM felt threatened when they met face-to-face, it is entirely believable that he would land the first punch. When GZ reached for his cellphone, TM could easily have thought he was reaching for a gun...whether he knew he was carrying or not. Anti-GZ posters want to make Zimmerman out to be a raving lunatic. There is absolutely no evidence to support that.

He made a tragic mistake; with tragic results.

From the start I have pointed out that this was NEVER a SYG case. Rather, the media which hates SYG laws declared it was and the sheeple came right along with them - as the sheeple always do.

This has always been a case for which the defense is claiming self defense. That has always been obvious. If someone is on top of you beating you, SYG is an irrelevancy as there is no opportunity to retreat. The legal question is whether in that circumstance the person can use deadly force to stop the assault. It all comes down to that - whether a jury believes that might be what happened and if so could Zimmerman then use deadly force. ALL the rest are irrelevancies raised by the media and politicos to create political issues and media sensation.

Trayvon ASKED George.. "Why are you following me?"... and at that precise moment George decided to make a PHONE CALL?

Remember George knew the cops were on their way.

George made many mistakes that evening .. compounding error and poor judgment upon blunder.

Trayvon wasn't "beating" George.... Look at George's injuries and Trayvon's absolute lack of injuries.

Yes, he knew the cops were on their way. What he also knew was that they didn't know where he was. What is so damned hard to believe about that?

I consider you to be the most knowledgeable person on this website regards this case. Trouble is, you should be on the defense team since you are assuming, extrapolating facts incorrectly, and putting your personal biased spin on known events. That's the job of the defense. The prosecution can't do that.

Sometimes you post such absurd messages you really do have no credibility. The only question of injuries is the circumstances by which they occurred.

They were yelling and every neighbor was calling 911.. Heck, witness 6 said he was calling 911.

George didn't have to pull the trigger.. He could have identified himself.. but George told Serino that was "not his job".

George is a certifiable moron .. or he is mentally ill.

Thank you for the compliment.

Oh, I figured this was coming - yes, I had just read the blog post. Leatherman is wrong, and we know he is wrong as he even says in the post that he knows this has occured in Florida in the past. So, I can't say that he will persue both, but Ric is correct that they can pursue both.

Ric never stated they can be pursued.

George would have had MORE than a possible closed fracture of his nose .. if Trayvon had punched him "over a dozen times".. George has told so many lies.. That may not make him a murderer but it sure goes to his credibility... and in a claim of self defense.. that is importaant.

This witness #6 is fairly useless except to describe a "maybe fight" and someone yelling "help, help, help".

Ah, the guy with black sweatshirt is on top of the guy with the red or, or white sweatshirt.
And that's why I made the statement that he was hitting him on top-- Because, I mean, that's what it
looked like from where I was standing. It could have been him just trying to forcefully hold the guy
down, or it could be hitting him. You know, I just truly can't-- You know, after I thought-- You know, I'm
thinking about it and everything. It could have been either. It's jus-- You know, I can't see that close to
where they were actually at. But he was still on top with both hands, ah, either trying to hold the guy
down or hitting him at that point.

Perhaps you can point out the "important" nugget from this babble to me.

1. Clue: It was not "a few yards"

2. Explain your HS football comment and how it relates to Martin getting shot and killed

Yup. It's all just a happy coincidence that after Leatherman makes a post, you post a comment here echoing the same things even using the same words. This even though you could have made the same responses when I first posted the relevant topic that you responded to - you know, prior to Leatherman's response. But, we know you couldn't make these exact same arguments, as leatherman had not yet come up with them for you to regurgetate.

Two people processing the same source information and using the same words!?!? Say it ain't so:lol:

 :doh I am done with you. Statements like the bolded are totally useless, in a source containing multiple photos there is no "the photo". Use links, attach pictures - supply something other than endless babble. The "secondly" is simply useless information (babble) about relatives of TM. All people, guilty or innocent, mean or nice, have families and friends.

I have NO reason to deceive you or invent that claim... none at all.. but I am not going to do all the work of finding the photo in the red shirt and finding the text on when the photo was taken.. but it was taken in 2011.

See ya.
