Zimmerman Requesting W8 Medical Records

Horse manure.. George wasn't hurt..

He was more hurt than your child was when you violently assaulted and illegally imprisoned a child by your own explanation. But you explained how you are wealthy and therefore I suppose you are exempt from law. You totally contradict your own standards and actions in your own messages.

You mean a teen slamming a little kid's face into a steel door.. Yes, it took a lot of control not to hurt him. But as it turned out he straightened out and is an international maritine lawyer.

I am not George.. I am not a vigilante and I don't carry a gun in lieu of having a penis.

:doh Obviously!

Based on your own words ~ Apparently you are.

Neither did Zimmerman.
But I wouldn't put it past you for you to do so.

My six year old had to go to the hospital and have his face x-rayed.

None of Zimmerman's injuries are life threatening. So using pics of his injuries are not convincing and prove only that he and Martin was in a scuffle. There's not even evidence of a concussion to substantiate his claims of having his head bashed into the concrete.

The only salient point Zimmerman supporters have is why Martin didn't continue to run home if he was so afraid.

None of Zimmerman's injuries are life threatening.
Doesn't matter one bit.
It is the fear of great bodily injury that matters.
It is the fear of loss of life that matters.
And it especially doesn't mater as Zimmerman said Trayvon was going for his weapon with the stated intent to kill him. That is what matters.

So using pics of his injuries are not convincing and prove only that he and Martin was in a scuffle.
:doh
The pics support his account of having his head slammed into the ground.

There's not even evidence of a concussion to substantiate his claims of having his head bashed into the concrete.
Ah hello!
Not everybody gets a concussion from head injury. Or didn't you know that.
Yet Zimmerman did have two lacerations, bruising, swelling and abrasions on his head. That, without a doubt, supports his account.
So you got nothing.

Clearly, you know not of what you speak.

Actually, you do need something substantive to claim your actions were reasonable. Just saying you were afraid is not enough to justify killing someone. So no, that's not the end all be all.
:doh
The pics support his account of having his head slammed into the ground.
The pics show Zimmerman with a cut on his head. Again, that only proves he was in a scuffle (remember, there's none of Zimmerman's DNA on Martin skin or clothing). There's also zero defensive wounds on Zimmerman. This evidence (not speculation like you've provided) calls into question exactly how he got those injuries.

All Zimmerman has are lacerations. No swelling involved on the head. The swelling you're probably thinking of is the one on his nose. As for the concussion, Zimmerman claims he was blacking out. Blacking out is a clearly a symptom of a brain injury, which is a concussion.
Clearly, you know not of what you speak.
Ironic

Yeah.. Not hurt at all...

The tiny lacerations on George's head were no more than kitten scratches or the result of having fallen into a berry patch.. not a justification for an adult man who creates a dangerous situation to kill an unarmed teen.

If you were objective, who would you be more likely to listen to?

1) The EMT that says the nose was broken and his "kitten scratches" probably required stitches and he should get to a hospital and the PA who indicated that the nose was probably broken and he has black eyes.

Or

An individual that once transcribed for a therapist (was it?) who has never seen George or medically examined his injuries.

I believe almost all unbiased individuals would choose 1. You would apparently choose 2.

You really should extradite yourself from the leatherman blog. That silly echo chamber is really messing with you.

The EMT didn't say George's nose was broken.. What do you think? Apparently he healed in 3 hours.

This is what we mean when we say you ignore the facts and run away. This exact quote has been provided to you at least 3 times... Probably more

O'Rourke also testified that Zimmerman's nose was broken

If you still think his nose was not broken take it up with the EMT and charge him with perjury, as he testified under oath to the fact that Zimm had a broken nose.

If you don't mind, maybe you can finally answer why all these individuals wanted Trayvon dead that they are all willing to lie for Zimm.

Both are ignorant on what *reasonable fear* for SD/SYG and in Florida actually means.....

The fear is an objective one. It is not subjective.

Bottom line is....get any reasonable person in that situation that Z was involved in and that person *he/she* would reasonably fear imminent serious bodily injury or death.

The EMT didn't say George's nose was broken.. What do you think? Apparently he healed in 3 hours.

The exact quote to the state investigator's: "looked to be a fractured nose".

His exact quote under oath, to a question: "likely that his nose was broken?". Answer: "Absolutely! There was swelling, blood and his nose was obviously deformed from what it usually is."

Your reading of the law and the evidence is way off.
Pay attention to what ric27 said.

Wrong again.
Speculation? That is what you have.
The injuries support his account of getting his head slammed.
As Serino stated. Everything (the evidence) was adding up to his claim of self defense.

All Zimmerman has are lacerations.
Wrong again.
Why you don't pay attention when someone tells you you have no idea of that of which you speak, or when they tell you you are wrong is beyond me.
Now pay attention. Zimmerman had two lacerations, abrasions, bruising and swelling of his head.

No swelling involved on the head. The swelling you're probably thinking of is the one on his nose.
You should really pay attention when someone tells you something.

The lacerations and abrasions can be clearly seen in the photos made available of his head.

In the following video, Zimmerman points out obvious bruising to Investigator Singleton.
And Investigator Singleton points out that the swelling she had seen on the left side of his head had gone down.
@ approx. the 3:56 mark

So stop acting like you know what you are talking about when you clearly don't.

As for the concussion, Zimmerman claims he was blacking out. Blacking out is a clearly a symptom of a brain injury, which is a concussion.
He said this huh?
Well then you should have no problem sourcing it.

Because as far as I know, it is a paraphrase claimed by Mark Osterman.

Secondly, lets say that Osterman is correct and he did say that. It is more likely that he is referring to the time period when he couldn't breathe.
You know, when Trayvon tried to stop him from screaming for help which prevented him from breathing.
And what happens when a person doesn't get enough oxygen? Come on you can say it, as we already know the answer.
"Blacking out" is a symptom of a lack of oxygen. Doh!

Why would that be "most likely"?

Because the sentence directly after the one saying his head was getting slammed, he said it felt like his head was going to explode.

"My head felt like it was going to explode."

As you were wrong, no it isn't ironic.

What it looks like sharon, is that the fluids that were building up and causing the large swelling were finally able to drain when he was able to get into an upright position.
As opposed to his being on his back and their not being able to drain.

That's quite a spin on the evidence of Zimmerman's guilt, have you considered a career in politics?? . Zimmerman's account was that Martin hit Zimmerman in the back between his shoulderblades, causing him to spin and fall to the pavement, bouncing the back of his head against the pavement, and then Zimmerman shooting Martin, no other physical contact between them. (At least that was his original story, I've heard he changed it a few times.) For that account to be true, would make Zimmerman's messed up nose physically impossible. All the other witnesses heard a gunshot, came running to peek out of doorways and windows, and saw a man laying on the ground screaming for help and swinging his fist at the other man's face, and the other man sitting on on top of his chest beating him with a gun for several minutes and then shooting him with the gun. Since Zimmerman wasn't shot, it was physically impossible for him to be the man on the bottom. Since the man on the top was hit in the face repeatedly by the man on the bottom, Zimmerman's injuries corroborate the testimony of the witnesses against Zimmerman.

You clearly have no grasp on what the evidence is, or of what Zimmerman said.
And the spin is obviously all yours.
