Corey has authority to prosecute Shellie Zimmerman

Prove it!

Prove that she knew exactly how much was in the accounts that were under her brother-in-law's control.

You can't, because she didn't know at that point in time.
But she did offer to get get the brother-law-to answer.

She didn't lie and cooperated.

This is nothing more than the prosecutor filing false charges.

O’MARA: Another condition or another concern the court would have is a bond amount. I would ask you then realizing that one option is for the court to grant a monetary bond, if you could advise the court of your financial circumstances so I’ll ask you a couple of questions.

Are you working presently?

S. ZIMMERMAN: No, I’m not.

O’MARA: And how do you — what do you do with your time?

S. ZIMMERMAN: I am a nursing student.

O’MARA: OK. Is that a full-time endeavor presently? S. ZIMMERMAN: Yes, it is.

O’MARA: OK. How long have you been doing that?

S. ZIMMERMAN: Well, I am four weeks away from my graduation.

O’MARA: OK. So you’re not earning any income presently?

S. ZIMMERMAN: Correct.

O’MARA: Do you own the home that you live or lived in?

S. ZIMMERMAN: No, sir.

O’MARA: Other major assets that you have which you can liquidate reasonably to assist in coming up with money for a bond?

S. ZIMMERMAN: None that I know of.

O’MARA: I discussed with you the pending motion to have your husband, George, declared indigent for cost, have I not?

S. ZIMMERMAN: Yes, you have.

O’MARA: Are you of any financial means where you could assist in those costs?

S. ZIMMERMAN: Not that I’m aware of.

GZ: You don't have access to more than $10?

SZ: I do, I have access to yeah.

GZ: In your account?

SZ: Yes

GZ: Right, that is what I'm saying. So if you have more than $10, maybe that same day, put 10 in hers and she can take the 10 out.

SZ: Uh huh

GZ: And put the, so take your 10 out first and keep in your pocket.

Bank statements^^

Shellie can not claim she thought the money was for George Zimmerman's defense fund, as the Zimmemran's PAID off Credit cards, auto loans, personal loans and KFC.

Tell me again how someone can be declared indigent, but walk around with $10,000 in her pocket:lol:

Wow!
Talk about grasping to an extreme.

And the emboldened portion is bs.

It wasn't her money to do with as she pleased, was it?
No it wasn't.
So yes she can make the claim.

In addition, the state will have to show that she knew it needed to be reported.
If she was under the impression that the donations were not reportable for purposes of bond and can show that, she is in the clear.

She didn't intend to deceive as she stated who could give an accurate accounting of the funds.
So yes these are false charges.

Yu realize you are being absurd in your desire to convict her of a crime, right?

If I ask you to hold on to 70 grand for me and you do, it is not yours to do with as you please.
And if you are only holding that money, and someone asks to borrow a Franklin, you would have to tell them you didn't have any money on you to loan them.
Why is that?
Because it isn't yours. Duh!
