Prove that she knew exactly how much was in the accounts that were under her brother-in-law's control.
You can't, because she didn't know at that point in time.
But she did offer to get get the brother-law-to answer.
She didn't lie and cooperated.
This is nothing more than the prosecutor filing false charges.
