Defense Requests Audio of Trayvon Martin for the Past 3 years...

Why bother with the stupidity. She wants to claim Z killed him because Z didn't want T to get away and ID him as someone that called the police to report a suspicious individual and kept an eye on him to ID him to the cops. It's assinine. It should be obvious to everyone - even you - that he did not want to kill him for that reason.

Actually George followed several black residents or their children home.. and they didn't like it one bit. I can assure you that I would not have put up with George following me.

Can you provide any cite to him following the children of several black residents of his community home?

BTW, I am not sure what your new accusation has to do with your original, ridiculous theory that Zimm killed T because Z didn't want to be ID'd by T as the individual that called the police. Did you abandon that one? If so, wise.

Why George Zimmerman’s SYG Defense Won’t Stand « The Hinky Meter

You’re in your car going to the store one night and you see someone walking down a street in your neighborhood and for some unknown reason you decide the dude looks “suspicious”. You pull over (in front of the club house of your neighborhood) and you call 911 to report that a suspicious dude is walking down the street and that they need to come check him out. You have a CCL and you are armed. You get out of your car to follow this person and you do so while carrying your weapon….
…and then stop right there.

Doesn’t matter what you insert past opening the door. You just lost your right to stand your ground. Your ground was in the most protective environment you start at. YOUR ground is in your original position and your obligation as an armed CCL carrier is to AVOID any act that INCREASES the potential to put yourself in danger and result in you using lethal force.

It's possible I missed it, but was there a cite in there about all the black children he had followed home in the past?

Wrong!

Do you have a JD in criminal law?

Were you going to post a cite to support your claim that Zimm followed a bunch of different black kids home?

Why for once don't you do your own research?

When someone does post links, you don't read them... But you do continue to badger and troll and repeat yourself.

I actually read the compeltely irrelevant link you provided. Not one mention of all the kids Z had allegedly followed.

Tht is one reference.. there are others.

He followed a kid home and accused him of stealing a bike... turns out it was the wrong bike.

Good job.

so, give us the cite for his following black kids home, sharon

I am not going thru the evidence dumps again for hours.

George also called 911 on his landlord who was trying to collect rent and on a function at the clubhouse..

I think GZ has a problem with boundaries.

Was the landlord a young black child?

The non-lawyer individual's blog post that makes that supposition is incorrect. Let's look at what actual loegal experts state on teh subject of Zimm's SD claim:

"This now allows the defense to show up in the courtroom, let George Zimmerman tell his story and bring in a medical expert that says, 'Black and blue under the eyes, broken nose, cut on the back of the head,'" said Ford, "and the defense can argue that's consistent with George Zimmerman being attacked by Trayvon Martin, and then the Stand Your Ground defense comes into play."

Ford, a former prosecutor, said that the medical report's revelations, while not good for the prosecution, don't exactly torpedo their case.

"Here's what you're going to get: I'm sure the prosecution is going to say, 'Hey, you know what this shows? This shows that Trayvon Martin was fighting for his life because he was attacked by George Zimmerman here,'" said Ford, "and the defense is going to say, 'That's not so at all, and we've got the medical testimony to show it.'"

please explain why being issued a CCL caused zimmerman to be unable to walk and stand freely without being assaulted

Since you went back to your non-expert blog post and ignore the first expert I quoted.. Let's try another:

Zimmerman timeline examined on 'Flashpoint' (CC) | Home - Home

at about 15:30 the legal expert indicates that Z does have a SD claim, even if he did get ut of his truck and would not be the initial agressor. However, even if he was, the defense will claim that T escalated and would still allow Z a SD claim. I realize, none of this will matter to you.

zimmerman did nothing wrong according to your account
he had no obligation to remain in his vehicle

Your link? Absolutely. The individual that made the blog post is not a legal expert, does not appear to be alawyer, and is making assumptions not supported by the law. When we look at the legal experts (and just examine the entire law), we find "Valhal"is wrong. Zimm has a SD claim even after getting out of his truck. Did you listen to the legal expert I provided a link to? He clearly says that a SD claim exists and gives the exact reasons why. Somehow, I suspect a local legal expert will have a better understanding of the law then some individual whose only qualification seems to be that he also has a CCW permit.

Whether I do or do not has nothing to do with it and you being wrong!
Or did you not know that?

Please stop your gibberish. Z did not violate any law by getting out of his car nor did Z violate any law looking to see which direction Z had gone and for an address

Don't forget Z CALLED NEN to report M's suspicious attitude.

Now, point blank what evidence do you have to justify M’s physical attack on Z?

I'm talking evidence....EVIDENCE. Lets hear it from you or your co hort
