If there is anything to this, it would be a big screw up on part of the State of Florida.
Why?
It was in 2009 that he obtained the weapon because of the menacing dog.
That means if there was a restraining order in effect that prohibited him from obtaining a firearm, the State would be wrong in approving his permit.
Although it is possible, does anybody seriously think the State screwed up?
The gun he used to shoot Trayvon was registered to Sheli, not George.
