Question - Was Zimm's Weapon permit Valid?

That means if there was a restraining order in effect that prohibited him from obtaining a firearm, the State would be wrong in approving his permit.

Although it is possible, does anybody seriously think the State screwed up?

The gun he used to shoot Trayvon was registered to Sheli, not George.

You don't seem to understand.
His permit to carry was valid. It doesn't matter if his wife, father or mother purchased it.

Heck, she could of even bought it for him as a gift, and it still wouldn't matter. It wouldn't even matter if it was hers.

It is his permit that matters.

Oh.... I see. So it makes no difference at all.

I have been following the gun/antigun control discussion on another board. A pretty sensible discussion actually without the accusations of liberal-conservative... Obviously no one wants criminals, or psychos to have guns, but there's no real way to stop them...
