On the night Trayvon was shot they tested Trayvon's dead body for drugs and toxic substances. The medcial report on Trayvon showed trace amounts of THC.
Was George's body tested for drugs or toxic subtances substances? I did read he had prescriptions filled for Adderall and another psychotropic yet was the blood tested to detect if he had ingested those prescribed meds and the amount he had ingested of these meds?
The presence of drugs certainly does not indicate guilty or innocence for either one ... yet it was something I could not find on a simple search.
I am not in the legal field and work in healthcare ... yet in cases of possible crimes we do run drug panels on all people involved in a possible crime. The presence of such might be irrlevent or might be used in even in defense.
In George's case if he was not taking his amphetamine as prescribed it could be used in his defense as that drug can cause agitation, grandiosity and overreactions.
I am not versed in the other drug George was prescribed ... yet no where on a simple search could I find where George had been tested for the presence of prescribed drugs or illegal drugs and I found that bizarre considering he had just shot an unarmed kid.
Any answers to this questions I posed or thoughts on this from anyone who has followed the case?
