Zimmerman's Defense Team Wants TM School Records!!!

Well, we have the curious "taking a swing at a school bus driver" comment on SM. I'm going to guess the def will be all over that because to a 17 year old with anger issues a bus driver is an authority figure.

See, there you go again. What you actualyl quoted me was that there "may" be more (and even that was prefaced with my acknowledgement that it was pure speculation) - which is what I have said all along.

But don't let facts get in your way. Most of us realize you haven't let them yet.

How far will they get with none of the following:

1. Victim (bus driver)
2. Bus (location of bus driver)
3. Witnesses (other students)

Yet we have Zimmerman's cousin claiming he sexually molested her for 10 years, but we all know that did not happen:lamo:lamo:lamo

And? The judge also said "may". Her meaning was the records may be relevant. You took it further and stated because the parents said it had no relevance, it means there is something there.

She kept her opinion and speculation out of it.

Yours was full of opinion, bias and speculation.

As she should. As a private citizen I am free to speculate.

And my speculation is that they are so against the release, there may be something there. If I were the parents and I knew my dead child had nothing negative in his records I would say "release all of the records you want".

Then there is the curious YouTube video that has been represented as TM refereeing a fight between two other students. Do you think that happened in a vacuum? Do you think that was the only incident of such?

May be, but I'm thinking not. Now you'll probably have a bunch of kids who won't testify against TM but I'm thinking if there were multiple incidents that there are a few who will for the simple reason they don't like TM.

The defense has no obligation to surrender their evidence to the pross. All they have to do is provide a witness list to the pross at some point prior to the trial. I'm not sure when the deadline for that type of thing is but let's say a month. So the pross get's a witness list that includes the bus driver and a bunch of students who were on TM's bus AND students either involved or a witness to the High School "cagematches".

And that's when the pross takes a big dump in their pants.

Yet you continue on with this imagination argument.

Someday you will get a clue that the imaginary stuff was all yours.
That day will most will likely happen 5 - 10 years after Zimmerman walks.

Trayvon wasn't at the street fight.

There is another Trayvon Martin in Georgia who has been represented as the dead boy.

If there was a bus driver incident, it would have surfaced by now.. assuming it was school bus or city bus.

I guess what you are really saying is that it’s a complete record because you want it to be. Hope seems to be sufficient enough for you. Has anyone with knowledge stated that was the entire record? That would go much further then your hope for the rest of us.

The video has been pulled by YT but I saw it before and it looked like TM, had the same tattoo and he was called "Trayvon" in the video. From what has been reported, it was one of five fight club videos posted in TM's YOUTUBE CHANNEL.

I don't know how much of this is true, we'll find out at the trial.
