George Zimmerman's new new judge: Debra S. Nelson

Is it an authorized bibliography? We know at least one person will buy it and quote it as though it is the word of God, don't we?

Who? I wouldn't waste a dime on such a book.

Florida has been hard hit since 2005 in terms of jobs.. It looks to me like GZ has become a cottage industry.. everyone is making a buck on George.

No surprise and why not go for it? Its the American way.

From the article:

"Nelson now inherits one of the most prominent civil rights criminal cases in the country."

I've always despised the Orlando Sentinel. The media is determined to corrupt this case to issues and facts they want for sensationalism, rather than reality and truth. This is not a "civil rights" case.

One must understand what civil rights means before criticizing the Sentinel.

I'm really glad he got a new judge but we all know GZ defenders will still find a way to blame the system when he is found guilty or pleads out.

Two pointless messages in a row, all to divert from the FACT that the Court Of Appeals ruled that YOU were WRONG and WE were right. Go ahead and try to divert with nothingness.

I'm HAPPY we were wrong. To be clear: I was wrong. Really wrong. Really really truly very very really wrong. I was sooo wrong!!!

And I'm so glad I was.

How long before GZ supporters accuse this judge of being Lester's secret lover who paid huge money to the appeals board to have her appointed?

The first time she does something you guys don't like you will accuse her of being a hack.

Finally, an accurate message.

And will continue to be wrong until you stop making up theories of guilt without legal substance.

This is why most GZ supporters think he is innocent. When they see info they simply edit it to their desire and pretend the rest doesn't exist.

O'Mara really doesn't want this to go to trial.

Zim's head injury was the last thing that happened.

Zimmerman’s two scalp lacerations happened either scraping on the concrete or dragging across the sprinkler head installed contiguous with the dogwalk – JUST BEFORE they hit the last patch of grass where Zimmerman, in a last push, was able to get on top — and shoot Trayvon Martin.

Look at the blood flow from George wound.. rivulets of blood flowing back to front across his neck... collecting in his goatee. It was fresh and distinct, not smeared by rolling around in wet grass.

GZ didnt say his injuries are why he shot TM.

I think Omara is going to use the hearing to test the best strategy because unless GZ goes bat crazy again he can't bail on GZ.

I know.. George only shot Trayvon because TM said he was going to kill him.. Right?

Problem is that the physical evidence begins to add up. TM wasn't trying to kill George, he was trying to restrain George.. And for while he did so successfully because he had a longer reach.

I don't think a jury is going to believe TM saw GZ's gun before GZ pulled it and shot him.

What hurt GZ the most was claiming that is why he shot him instead of the injuries.

If Omara focuses on the injuries the prosecution will shred it by GZ's own statements.

This case in FL.. alot like the Zimmerman case , bashing on concrete etc....

Read about Jon Orr.
John Orr News for Naples, FL from Naples Daily News

Using blood spatter evidence, prosecutors Tuesday poked holes in Orr’s account of how he defended himself by stabbing and killing 63-year-old Naples man Jon Wayne Joseph in October.

That is certainly not a scraping type wound. And of course blood would be flowing back to front... Zimm already stated he got on top of T after he shot him as he wasn't even sure he hit... Where do you thnk blood will flow at that point?

Interesting that the blood rivulets were not smeared by the wet grass... but well defined and nearly dry.

A blood forensics expert will have an opinion, so what I think is not very important.

GZ was only on him for a couple of seconds before the cop showed up, according to GZ's first statement.

Z never claimed he was rolling around in the grass after he shot T, so I can't figure out why that would be at all interesting.

It was probably more then a couple of seconds, but not by much, I would guess... Regardless, how long do you think it takes blood from a wound that has been bleeing to drip down? That's right.. Maybe a couple of seconds.

George claimed that the bashing on concrete came at the beginning of the encounter.. and all thru the shimmy 47 feet timeline. It didn't.

So if witness accounts are screwy and worthless.. so are George's various accounts.

I didn't honestly expect you to respond and I was correct.

Pretty amazing that Zimm knew he had to account for the blood issue, so was certain to claim that he was on top of T as he didn't realize he shot him - You must truly think Z is some kind of genius. I don't, but you must to believe all the machinations he was involved with.

So respond to me. How long do you expect it will take blood from a gushing head wound (head wounds bleed profusely) to end up in his face? If you say anything other then a couple of seconds you are lying.

I think that after GZ shot Trayvon he had an "oh sh**" moment.. when he knew he had killed an unarmed teen.. and he hastily constructed a justification.

I think GZ has been trying to fine tune his narrative ever since. Why else would he have given 11 different accounts?

And my biggest gripe is that GZ's parents and Osterman had lots of legal system experience.. Why didn't GZ shut up and hire an attorney?

Since you have insisted that GZ should have remained totally financially broker, I presume your writing that he should have hired a lawyer is your laughing and sneering at him for not being wealthy like you. Lawyers aren't free.
