Zimmerman wants out of Seminole County

George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch volunteer charged with murder in the death of Trayvon Martin, is hoping a judge will allow him to live outside of Seminole County.

He's been restricted to living there since Judge Kenneth Lester set his bail at $1 million, with restrictions that included prohibiting him from leaving the central Florida county.

Zimmerman's living condition "has had an ongoing deleterious effect on his ability to assist in the preparation of his own defense," his attorney, Mark O'Mara, said in a motion made public today. "Communications have been unnecessarily limited to telephone and occasional visits by counsel."

O'Mara argues that his client should be able to meet with his lawyers in person to move his case forward.

Trayvon Martin was the coward and now-dead loon. It is no wonder he is dead. If had had reached an age to carry a gun who knows how many people he would have murdered in one of his rages. We won't know how many other would-be victims have been avoided by his death.

The only reason to oppose his being able to leave that county is part of the ongoing attempt to reduce him having legal representation - the reason the judge and prosecutor pursued taking away his legal defense (and living expense) money and did so.

George is like a lot of halfway men.. his parents were still paying his rent. He was married, but couldn't really keep a job.. He and Shellie were making half hearted, intermittent attempts to get an education for the past 9 years.. those grants amounted to cool $36K a year.

He's fat, lazy.. takes a lot of psychotropic drugs, has delusions of grandeur... and runs around the neighborhood acting out his 'heroic side'.

Travyon Martin was lazy, committed to unemployment and reliance on others money, a doper, liar, vandal, bully, thieve and violent criminal put out of the house by both his mother and step mother... who believed he was above the law and lived his life looking for victims to prey upon. Since George Zimmerman can't work, how is he living? Off the largess of others. Okay, what would you have happen to him? Die of hunger? Live in a cardboard box? He is entitled to a vigorous defense, and he is damned well entitled to participate in that defense from a position of safety. He may have family members willing to take him in outside of Seminole County. And the poster who says the whole trial should be moved? (Joko) He is correct as well.

You are a classic example of why George Zimmerman should be able to leave the county.
