Zimmerman to get "Stand Your Ground" hearing.....developing

He was legally within the confines of the law.

He was on his way to the store and saw a suspicious person.
He did what was right. He called it in.
He did what was right. He followed the individual so he could point them out to the police when they arrived.
He did not do anything illegal. He did what was right.
Trayvon was the one who acted out violently and was wrong for doing so.

Zimmerman killed a 17 year old who was reaching for his gun with the stated intent to kill him.
A 17 year old who had just sucker punched him, and then jumped him and had been slamming his head into the ground.

The homeowners have no liability for the situation Trayvon created.

How come other words can be heard on the 911 recording of the minute before Zim shot Trayvon, and no words of Trayvon threatening Zim can be heard? Is Zim making up a self-serving embelishment? How come Zim can't remember the words he said to Trayvon, as heard by Dee Dee and Witness 11?

How come Zim can't remember that Trayvon yelled "Stop" before Zim shot Trayvon?

As for liability.. read some HOA law..

I am pretty sure that both men were yelling before George fired.. Trayvon was begging for his life.

First of all, the things heard, is Zimmerman yelling for assistance. So you wouldn't hear Trayvon because he wasn't expressing himself as loud as Zimmerman was.

And as for Daisha, she is making things up, that's why.

Trayvon didn't speak after he was shot.. The hollow point destroyed his left ventricle and both lungs collapsed immediately..

The pierced lung probably collapsed right away.
The other lung may not have collapsed until TM tried to breathe in. It think that causes the air pressure to equalize by drawing air in through the chest wound. Lungs are flabby things. W/o the air pressure differential, there's nothing to keep them open.

Don't bet the rent. They both lived in the same complex. If TM's folks were members of the HOA they would in essence be suing themselves for their own homeowners insurance. I don't see a court allowing that.

And if they tried it, I think a reasonable question would be why they didn't object to the way the NW was being done. They would have had as much opportunity as any other member to do so.

TM's parents were NOT owners and neither was George.

Well, there you have it. Zimmerman wasn't a member of the HOA. So he wasn't under their auspecis and the HOA cannot be held responsible.

The HOA claimed he was the head of their NW program and so did George.

He was not on duty at the time of the shooting. So your entire thread is moot.

There is NO schedule.. they are not on the clock.. Its an awareness program.. Your grandmother could be on NW when she was weeding her flowerbed.

There are dozens of HOA lawyers in the area.. and they all have websites.

We have a recording of the shooting.
On it:
I fail to hear TM telling GZ to shut the **** up.
I fail to hear TM telling GZ telling GZ that GZ is going to die tonight.
I fail to hear TM say, "you got me."

So there's that kind of evidence. I am not sure what other kind of evidence there can be for someone NOT saying something.
