Michael Moore says Martin has right to kill Zimmerman [W: 264]

I'm getting the feeling that it's your belief, that Martin must have been scared or felt some level of fear because he was being followed, so he fled to get away from Zimmerman based on personal safety... Is that correct thunder?

If that is indeed your contention, you have obviously overlooked the major problems with such a belief:

1. If he feared for his safety, why didn't he just continue to his dad's house when he had the opportunity?
2. If he feared for his safety, why didn't he phone the police or have his girlfriend do so?
3. If he feared for his safety, why when his girlfriend suggested that he run, did he tell her "I'm not running?"
4. If he feared for his safety, why did he choose to confront Zimmerman at all?

I'm sorry but based on what we know, that scenario simply doesn't add up to a person in fear for their safety. It seems rather clear, that based on the points listed above, especially the first 3, there is no way Trayvon Martin ran away from George Zimmerman out of fear for his safety, nor did he feel Zimmerman was even a threat to him.

With that in mind, could you now explain why he ran in the first place, what exactly leads you to believe that Martin wasn't the one who initiated the altercation, and what leads you to conclude that Martin did nothing to justify Zimmerman defending himself?

They'll never answer your questions because their is no answer they can give that is consistent with the story they tell and representation of TM that they make.

Trayvon Martin stalked George Zimmerman for the purpose of violently assaulting him and possibly also to rob him.

What you posted is that you violently assaulted a 15 year old throwing him across the room and then illegally imprisoned him by threatening further violence against him if he tried to escape and leave your house.

Trayvon's father gave him a $50 before he went to the Masonic convention... for movies, food, etc.

Trayvon had $44 and change in his pocket when he was killed.

That could be one of the reasons TM was stalking GZ and one of the reasons for the assault. If TM hadn't have been stalking and then assaulting GZ this would never have happened.

This is my standard response to each time you post that GZ "stalked" TM. You haven't noticed that yet?

Florida has LOTS of gun-owners, and Martin reasaobly feared that the strange man who was stalking him, was reaching for a weapon.

turns out..he indeed had a deadly weapon in his possession, and used it to kill Martin.

I believe that is something that people don't realize. I can be up in someone's face, yelling at them, pointing the bird at them, everything and if that person jumps on top of me and I fear for my life I may shoot them. Being the aggressor doesn't mean "you get what you got coming to you, no matter what." That's not the way it works.

I truly find the power of the partisan talking heads to so easily change views quite amazing. People who used to declare that non-violent words and acts NEVER justified violent now - since this case - instead declare you have "the right to kill" someone who is acting in a non-violent manner that you don't like.
