Why I believe that George Zimmerman is going to walk

Those definitions were thoroughly gone through. None of them apply.
But you already know that, which makes what you said a lie.

Florida includes Manslaughter in a M2 charge and the conditions for M2 in Florida are vastly different from the rest of the country. The physical evidence proves TM was not beating him and GZ's inability to give a single consistent statement help the prosecution in arguing for a depraved mind.

Z is NOT charged with stalking

Read the affidavit. The word "stalking" is not used in the criminal charge

It facinates me some of the interpretation of evidence that is available to the public. Some say they want a fair trial, yet have pretty much found GZ guilty and won't say that is what they believe.

In the case of GZ , a jury needs to hear the case and weigh the evidence.

You guys run away from GZ's contradictions on a daily basis, refuse to address the physical evidence, and actually invent stuff along the way. (not all do this but it is the majority)

Probably because the contradictions you keep pointing out are silly. For exapme:
In the NEN call he told the dispatcher T went towards the back entrance and strongly implied ("I don't know where this kid is") that he did not know where he went. Then in the written statement he indicated that he couldn't tell the dispatcher where he went.

This is a typical example of contradictions you keep finding. and you really expect this to matter?

Wow. Thanks so much for a perfect example of your dishonesty in action. In the written statement he said when dispatch asked for the DIRECTION TM ran that he didn't know. You want to be blatantly dishonest because addressing the facts head on is illegal in GZ Land.

It also isn't about one or two contradictions. It is about the fact the only item I see matching between his written statement and his recorded call is he called to report someone. Other than that, nothing else matches up.

Are you qualified to address the physical evidence? would it not be better to hear testimony and cross examination before drawing conclusions? Granted their are certain evidence / facts that both sides agree on. There are other evidence that is still not so clear.

Let me fix it for you.

In the NEN call he told the dispatcher T went towards the back entrance and stated "I don't know where this kid is". Then in the written statement he indicated that he couldn't tell the dispatcher which direction he ran.

It still doesn't amount to a hill of beans. But it's all you relly have to hang your hat on, so enjoy it.

The evidence suggests attempted murder and his actions are that of aggravated assault.

You have really gone off the deep end suggesting that they are equivalent with your making stuff up and posting misleading information.

That would be you by trying to inject false information, such as stalking and pursuing, into the plot to make Zimmerman appear commensurate with your preconceived bias.
