Fact: Serino Did Not Tell FBI......

Serino is probably a good cop.. who is experienced and has good instincts for liars and cons like George.. He said Barnes who is black was concerned about the black community.. and rightly so. The black families in Sanford had the right to expect a thorough investigtion . anything less makes racial matters worse.. and I while I am white and pretty conservative, I don't want someone like George to walk away after killing an unarmed teen.. and I don't care what color any of them are.

Prosecutors do not need a capias request to investigate a case so I don't know why you obsessively repeat blatantly false info from an unknown source. It's probably because you like what it says so it doesn't matter it is completely false.

Really? I provided the Capias Request signed by Serino on March 13th in a PDF FILE AND YOU REFUSED TO READ IT. The request said Manslaughter/negilgent homicide.

The news article cited an anonymous source so we have no idea who made the false claim. We do know for a fact a capias is only filed when a LEO signs a statement under oath there is probable cause. It is the procedure Serino had to follow to REQUEST CHARGES be filed against GZ. It isn't standard procedure for every investigation because they are not all concluded with PC against a suspect.

The source sighted was Lee's PR agency. Sorry you do not like that.

Nor have you shown it is a false claim. Nor could you.

It came form the guy who was in charge at the time, Chief Lee, there is no reason to question it.
It was filed for procedural reasons so the prosecutor could take over the investigation. Nothing more.

All the information surrounding this filing that has come before and after it, suggests that is the very reason it was filed.


The fact is, that you repeatedly ignore that which you do not like in favor of your preconceive and biased narrative.
