Wanting GZ "locked up" for no offense at all. Over and over. But declaring exact opposite to you - knowing it completely false. Even calling you "desperate" and then Furionova lying about her own messages we all read to personally attack you.

That is all Furionova does. Find ANYTHING to make personal attacks not only at Zimmerman but us regulars with absolutely no integrity whatsoever. Furionova appears to have come to this forum just to make incessant personal attacks and ragings at anyone she can find to do so, not just GZ.

You got it 100% right about her. Others may oppose Zimmerman citing reasons that they think are legitimate, but Furionova just rages false statements incessantly over and over and over. If I openly hoped for him to commit suicide why would I say it would be best for him to be in jail so he can't commit suicide?

Your false accusation is quite funny considering you completely ignore the context. In my response to Maggie I was clearly talking about him not being sent to jail as in convicted without a trial.

The quote you linked is me talking about why he should have been denied a second bond. Mainly, to ensure as much as possible due process will not be cut short.

You complain about people making false claims while you peddle the crazy conspiracy theory the judge and prosecutor are having secret meetings.

I at times take exception to how you present your position. Both sides of the GZ/TM tend to cherry pick data, quotes, present a small fact rather than the whole situation. But hey, you have a right to do that. Just don't come across high and mighty and offended when others exercise their rights who disagree with you. The question that should be asked is if you or a loved one was in GZ situation, how would you like them to be treated? (Just as it is fair to ask how would you like to be treated if you were in TM parents situation.).

I have said all along I don't know if GZ is guilty or not. The trail and jury will decide that. Until then, speculate away.

Thanks for your acknowledgement. I fully support his right to due process and support what is necessary to give him a fair trial and hope Omara can get a change of venue and a new judge simply because once it is all done, I don't want GZ to have any shadow of an excuse for a conviction. I've studied this case pretty close and there is no way he is walking away from the trial. It will be Manslaughter or M2.

Interesting conclusion you come to. Digesting the same information/facts my opinion is that there is probably a 50/50 chance the case will never make it to trial. Don't see a chance in hell of any jury convicting Zimmerman of manslaughter or murder 2. And since prosecutors hate to lose cases (especially high profile sensational ones) am expecting the prosecution to keep plea bargaining down until they find something Zimmerman's team will accept. With the hope of salvaging something they (the prosecution) can mark up as a "win".

Misdemeanor with sentencing being along the lines of time served sounds plausible.

Just a guess.....

We tend to get so close to stories like this because we micro-study them on political forums. (We aren't normal and are a small percentage of the population)

A third of the country couldn't name the Vice President on any given day. The courts are not likely to have any trouble finding a jury who doesn't know anything about this case....

I knew you couldn't back it up because there is nothing about this case I have ignored. If anyone thinks I have then post the proof by saying I have not addressed "X."
 
The next time I'll watch anything Hannity does is when he takes the water boarding he promised he would take to show how it was not torture. We're still waiting.

Not only is this definitely going to trial (unless he pleads out) but it is questionable if he can even use Self Defense as justification for the shooting in the trial.

Has the prosecutor offered a plea deal that I am not aware of? I don't think Corey will ever offer one.

I guarantee you have not digested the same info I have.

I kinda think its funny that Furiounova can actually type out that they want a fair trial for Zimmerman in a thread they created called "Poisoning the jury" because Zimmerman actually gets a chance to state his side of the story. Really? Are you just playing games or do you honestly believe yourself? Because be assured, we don't believe you.

I'm furious a teen was killed. I'm furious the teen made the adult decision to attack a man. Unfortunately, that man was armed. Teen paid with his life.

Unfortunate, but not illegal.

I can't believe the sarcasm flew over anyone's head. I was mocking the ceaseless whining about info being made public before the trial because I knew GZ would not be criticized for doing the same exact thing by those same people.

After that gets smacked down he then has to convince the judge he qualifies to use a self defense claim at the trial.

You have failed miserably in making, the case that a crime (M2 or manslaughter) was committed

You can't even prove that the shooting wasn't reasonable and justified.

Your inability to see all the information at once doesn't mean others are on the same slow restrictions of only being able to look at one or two items at the same time.

You can't ven keep the silly things you say straight. Zimm told the police that he had his keys with him the entire time. You claim "no, he actualyl left them in his truck and had to go back and get them".

Lol....pay attention to context. On the recorded call he said his keys were in his truck. I didn't say he lied about his keys. I said he lied about his movements and the keys help prove he lied. How? Since the keys were in his truck after TM ran and after he got out it means he had to double back in order for his keys to have been in the grass.

This seems unusal that a defendent is brought on a tv talk show before a trial.

This was a pathetic rehearsed script.

Can't think of any other cases where a defendent is given tv time to give his version of the event. I wonder why they didn't let Sandusky come on the air before his trial?

Oh my... If, as you claim, he stated that his keys were in his truck, then he lied when he told the investigator that he had his keys with him the entire time. So for you to be accurate, that would mean he lied to the police about his keys being with him the entire time. Anyway, I suspect everyone that is interested can see it, although I suspect you will continue to deny.
