I think there have been about 4 GZ supporters accusing me of being a sock. Paranoid doesn't run with strangers. Might be why some see GZ as a soulmate.
 
Cops feel pressure all the time. What does "tried to pressure him" mean?

Does anyone happen to know what page of the pdf this part is on?

Funny that the pressure didn't come from national political figures, local political figures, talking heads, or any other some such, but from w/in the SPD.

It's possible he claimed pressure to try and save his job without getting demoted.

In reading his questioning of GZ it is pretty clear he thought GZ committed manslaughter.

True... there were plenty of moments in the SPD interviews where both Serino and Singleton were sort of mocking George.. as in Do you think we were born yesterday?

I started laughing when Serino asked why they couldn't hear Travon saying you gona die tonight mofo...

Serino said .. was he whispering in your ear?

This is what cops do when they are trying to get to the bottom of something -- they try to agitate the person being questioned, by guilt, anger, or just sheer stupidity. Serino tried all his cop tricks on GZ and came up with nothing. Dick squat. Not even a jaywalking or parking ticket. The fact serino was so aggressive in his talking to GZ pretty much shoots to **** any claim the SPD were going "soft" on George for any reason whatsoever.

Where do you come up with this? Serino poked plenty of holes in his story which is why Serino requested he be charged with manslaughter.

His first statement a couple of hours after the shooting isn't even consistent with the recorded call. There are far more inconsistencies but I'm sure you have a patented rubber stamp blanket deflection available.

There was something funky going on with SPD at the time and Serino did a good job of pointing out the problems with GZ's narrative. Even though he said he was pressured to file charges he never says that is why he filed charges. The fact he pointed out GZ reported only blacks was an extra step he did not have to take at all.

I thought that Serino was great.. Direct, kind and patient.. giving GZ every opportunity to get it right.

George has a history of sudden rages and then portraying himself as the victim... kicking dogs, slapping women, turning off his mother's electricity and putting a lock on her electrical box. He has no impulse control.. that's why he takes all those pills.

If he had any evidence of manslaughter he would have arrested him with probable cause. Guess what, he didn't.

I didn't know he was estranged from his family and at this point Robert has to be kicking himself for not using a rubber about 28 years ago.

There's a quality witness to invest your faith in.

He filed a request to have him arrested which is the process for an investigation of this nature. The State's attorney's office has jurisdiction for filing manslaughter charges, not Serino. All he could was sign a sworn statement for Probable Cause which is what he did even before Chief Lee lied and said nobody in SPD could do that.

No she didn't get all that from his ex and if you bothered learning the facts you would know that and not make idiotic accusations.

It's funny you say his ex is not a quality witness yet you are relying on a proven liar to the court who shot an unarmed minor.

Its complicated.. the older brother is gay, the mother is abusive and beat on the kids. The father was passive and never stuck up for the kids.. Maybe because of his illegitimate daughter from an affair.

I think Witness 9 is a family member.

George Best friend.. the Air Marshal.. Mark Osterman, also says the mother beat up on George.. He tell's the same story as the EX.

Now you are just making **** up. If Serino has probable cause, he doesn't need the DA at all. That's why he sent it to the DA to begin. And it squares up perfectly with the feeling he was pressured to make some kind of arrest -- so he could wash his hands of the matter, and let someone else make the call.

LOLOL.. That's NOT how it works.. the Investigators gather the facts, ask for a writ of Capias in a sworn affidavit which then goes to the Prosecutor's office.

Lay off the personal attacks. Accusations aren't even made with question marks

Who is a proven liar? Gilbreath says he doesn't have any evidence of who started the fight = no case of second degree murder. None. This case should have been tossed out immediately. Also, the prosecution claims that GZ was told not to get out of his car to follow TM before he was already out of his car and walking. This is complete fabrication directly contradict by material evidence.

AKa, you can't trust the DA or the prosecutions case at all since they are a "bunch of liars. "

At this point, anyone might consider lying to get any kind of edge on this kangaroo court. From the lie filled affidavait to the unconsotitutional bail proceedings.

That said, if GZ was provably lying to the court during the bond hearing, then why hasn't he been charged for anything? Doesn't it suck when all your arguments are destroyed os pathetically easy?

Okay. When people like you accuse me of not knowing what I am talking about it just makes me feel sorry for you.

Serino could lose his job and freedom if he sent in a fake Capias. Do you really think he sent a fake capias risking all of that when the Chief didn't want him charged?

It isn't a personal attack to say the facts should be known before making idiotic accusations.

Gilbreath said GZ did the confronting and once again, if you learned the facts you would not make silly claims.

GZ's own attorney admitted he lied about the money. He hasn't been charged with perjury because then Corey's office would get accused of abusing their power.

We all know if he got charged with perjury you guys would cite it as proof he can't get a fair trial because GZ supporters are Bush supporters back from vacation. Ignore the facts and say whatever you want.

If you interview enough people, you get good at it.. and you get good at sizing them up.

Its not 100%, but more often than not.. you'll get it right..

Serino and Singleton and Barnes et all knew this shooting was 'off"..

Mind boggling..

If George had been outfoxxed and made a fool of by white teens , he would have gone after them.

This shooting was about George's ego ... and his GUN. The burglars were living on George's street at Retreat View Circle all along.
