Zimmerman made a threatening move before being struck [W:815]

Of course there is.
When your life is threatened, shoot!
It seems he did just that, huh? LOL
And now he faces serving decades in prison. Way ta go, Jorge.

More sad and pathetic lies.

And what was Serino's final words on this case?

No reliable evidence to dispute Zimmerman's account.

What you do not seem to realize is that Serino's questions do not mean anything.
They are designed be hostile to try and crack a persons story.
The story held.

Two witnesses contradict Zim's statement that he talked in a peaceable manner to Trayvon. The two witnesses confirm that Zim beligerantly asked Trayvon, "What are you doing here?

Trayvon was 100 feet from his front door. Trayvon had no option but to confront Zim. Zim continued to act beligerantly, reaching into his pocket, and Trayvan had no choice but to stand his ground, and fight this bully Zimmerman.

Zim's problem is that he is a bad liar, and it is only Zim's word that Trayvon reached for his gun, and only Zim's word that Trayvon threatened death. Zim has to testify, and Zim will be torn up on cross.

Yet, under the law, he shouldn't be.

And your desperation is noted.
It is almost as bad as using Trayvon's chosen address.
Which I believe is "Hell" now!

That doesn't exuse his abandoning his Neighborhood Watch training. He was instructed not to do what he did.

Z wasn't on NW that night, Z was on a personal errand to the store to buy groceries, dude

Stop connecting bogus bull**** dots....that at the end mean... squat

Do you have any indication what makes a credible witness?

Give examples

Does that excuse George's stupidity?

I normally do not address your posts because they are ridiculous.
But I would like to say the following: Based on the above, your understanding is lacking. Which is normal.

Wrong!
Because a simple wrong will suffice to the above crap.

TM was not on his way home or he would have been home.
And yet, I said nothing about a "home." I said residence ... as in that is where Trayvon was residing while he was on suspension from school.

Very few people do not recognize that fat GZ could not have run down TM.
Well twice Travon disappeared from his view and twice Zimmerman reappeared. So perhaps Trayvon wasn't as confident as you. Besides, Trayvon had no duty to retreat.

Very few people believe that GZ's injuries were stage makeup put on the the police with the ETM and doctor agreeing to lie about it.
Again, your reading comprehension problems cloud your judgement. No one is contending that Zimmerman's injuries were staged. That appears to be a figment of your imagination.

None of this would not have happened if TM had not decided to directly confront GZ.
What choice did he have since Zimmerman kept coming after him even after he lost sight of him?

The shooting in Colorado would not have happened if those people had not gone to the theater, therefore it is their fault - your reasoning.
Actually, you have that backwards. The deaths in Colorado were caused by the shooter. Trayvon's death was caused by a shooter. Zimmerman should not have gotten out of his car to go looking for Trayvon. Using your analogy, those people would not have been killed had the shooter not gone to the theater.

That is complete nonsense. There's no such thing as on duty or off duty in regards to neighborhood watch programs. It didn't matter if he was going to church, he still abandoned his errand to go to the store in order to carry out neighborhood watch responsibilities -- that being to observe unusual activities in his neighborhood and to report it to police.

He did that. He was the captain of the Neighborhood Watch program in his community and he received training by the Sandford police which he also abandoned when he chose to observe Trayvon from an unsafe location.

Two of my sons participate in NW in different states.. You are right.. they are "on duty" all the time. If they see something odd or suspicious, they call 911.. They don't run around the neighborhood with a gun.

Yet, under the law, he shouldn't be.

Well if you're right, he can file a motion to dismiss based on immunity.

We'll see if that happens or not. We'll see if he's as confident about that law applying to him as you are.

Seems you have your own personal issues to deal with.

ExconCSeems you have your own personal issues to deal with.

Excons generally do have issues.. They are smarter than everyone else.

Dodgy theories find no support in law

keep trying

There's nothing to keep trying. You're pretending as if Zimmerman was off duty as a neighborhood watchman ... there simply is no such status for members of a neighborhood watch program. It matters not to me if you don't realize your nonsense is nonsense.

You think you are making a smarmy remark. LOL
And coming from the likes of you, we all know that is what you are trying.

Unfortunately, you do not know how right, or I should say wrong, you are.

Lets see if you are smart enough to comprehend what I am going to say.

From my own experience with Cons, they are generally more intelligent and talented than your average day person.
They just lack the education and training to utilize it in a proper and productive way.

And even thought there are a few, which are far between, hardly any of them think they are smarter than everyone else as you say.

Umm, the issue has already been raised by the prosecution in this case. Apparently, it matters to them even though you don't understand why.

No! The issue has not been raised yet.
If you do not understand what that means, don't bother replying.

Denial is not a river. They've already raised the issue. It's clearly on their radar.
