Zimmerman made a threatening move before being struck [W:815]

If searched many people use the non emergency number instead of 911. Didn't the true emergency begin when TM struck GZ first?

No it doesnt. If you listen to the 911 call, Zimm said now he's coming to check me out. Trayvon was not out of sight at that point. It really seems that the things you find implausible about this case are just things you make incorrect assumptions about.

Don't be absurd..... George had been following Trayvon in his car and then on foot .. That would make George a "suspicious" person.

George could have identified himself and then made his phone call.

But, George has a much bigger problem... No blood on Trayvon's hands.. If you repeatedly punch someone in the face and they already have a nosebleed... it raises questions.

Watch the reenactment.. George says that TM ran out of sight and then came back to his truck.

You can't assault someone just because one is going for their phone or has a case of jock itch

I take it back, you finally got one right. Well done. It was at the point he was on the 911 call and he indicated that he's looking at me, he has his hand in his waistband, etc. But, yes. He apparently circled back around the houses. Not sure why that is so implausible. I guess it's because you are still looking at Trayvon as some innocent little child. I'm looking at him as someone that initated the physical portion of the encounter, so can see him doing that. Shrug.

if you pursue me in your car and on foot, and then ask me "what are you doing here?" and then reach into your pocket, I can indeed break your nose, as my fear of harm is a reasonable one..considering your behavior.

I am so sorry for using the word theory. But thanks for stating once again that TM threw the first punch. Then, if someone is reaching for a cell phone, it is ok for the other person to punch him. Seems to me TM could have walked away, even back to the store, a neighbors house, and say, hey this guy is following me. TM esculated the situtation.

On the flip side, GZ could have walked away also before TM threw the first punch.

It will be up to the jury to decided who esculated the situation that resulted in the death of TM.

(is it not possible that during the scuffle, TM reached for GZ weapon (intential or not). and that esculated the event even more?

The whole mess could have been avoided if George had identified himself.. Don't you wonder why he didn't?
