My avatar is about a wager..

Trayvon is pictured in family vacation photos taken 9 days before he was shot.

He was a skinny zipper of a kid.... having grown 6 inches in two years.. He also had sprouted two whiskers.

I am a white mother and grandmother.. of tall sons (and brothers) who were still growing at 21. So. .. I have a good fix on these tall, skinny kids with 29 inche waists.

So ... GET my position.. I don't want people like George Zimmerman carrying a gun and making decisions about which teen is a threat and which teen is not.

From what I gather, he is arguing that it was not pitch black as Sheik indicated. It apparently was not pitch black, as witnesses were able to see some details including colors that were being worn.

That my argument was one of being more specific, that it was Dusk.

pitch black? surely not.

dark? many of the witnesses say it was dark, and many of the Zimmerman-supporters here say it was dark.

its fair to say that it was dark, and I don't understand why Excon is fighting this like the whole case rests on this one minor detail.

I don't care why you lie or play dumb... I just want you to stop.

as an adult, a mother, and a grandmother, you should know that honesty is a very good policy... a policy that you repeatedly and willfully break.


nobody cares what you want ... your wants or desires are irrelevant to everyone but you.
I do get your position... I think it's stupid and wrongheaded, but I get it.... you are free to hold that position, but you are not going to get away with lying and playing stupid just to be able to maintain it..... not gonna happen.

And when it later became obvious that Yerbuti did not understand what was being argued in reference to Dusk. I pointed it out to him.

So we had three arguments at this point.
It not being what Yerbuti thought was Dusk.
It actually being Dusk, not wrong, or a lie.
And it not being "pitch black".


And now you are trying to argue an argument that you had no idea about, and even after being told about it, you continued with your false assertions.
That is called being pathetic.
That is called being dishonest.
And when you purposely misrepresent a position, that is called lying.

You should have refused to join in the concerted effort, because you all came away looking like clowns.

My argument was that the more accurate description is that it was Dusk.
Which has nothing to do with the lies you are asserting.
