Zimmerman passed lie detector test day after Travon Martin shooting

Wow, multiple witnesses, evidence, testimony and now a lie detector test and they still won't just let this guy go? Too bad lie detectors are not submittable in court. But you know had he FAILED it, the left would be all over it saying he lied. But he passed it, but its not considered legal evidence, so it doesn't matter.

Assuming that everything you listed there was correct, (which is a huge stretch because most of them exist only between your two earlobes, but I digress) which one exactly is against the law and turns an otherwise assault that a gun was used to stop into a murder? With links please. No wait, let me clarify. WITH LINKS THAT BACK UP DIRECTLY WHICH ONE(S) YOU LIST.

I already posted the bloody links on the thread.

George was supposed to learn the rules for Concealed Carry BEFORE he started running around the streets at night with his gun.

Though Gutmacher is an impassioned advocate for gun rights, he believes there’s a serious knowledge gap when it comes to the law. "Too many people don't have the training,” he said. “You don't assimilate the law from thin air!”

For example, he said, people don’t realize that absent an “imminent threat,” simply reaching for your handgun, or showing off that you are carrying it, is illegal. Brandishing a gun can get you charged with “aggravated assault,” which carries a three-year minimum prison sentence.

It’s rarely simple. “If someone says ‘I’m going to punch you, you son of a bitch,’” Gutmacher said, it’s probably legal to pull out a firearm and say, “‘Don’t try it!’” Still, he said, some prosecutors might consider that aggravated assault.

But “if you actually go and punch me in the nose, and I shoot you,” he said, “I’ve committed manslaughter, because I’ve used excessive force.”

As for warning shots—fired into the air or at the ground—they are a legal no-no. In Florida a warning shot carries a 20-year mandatory minimum sentence.

Says the guy who believes every word out of the mouth of a person who shot an unarmed teenager.

Says the guy who believes everything a pot head teen who was thrown out of school multiple times says and does without question.

You are a scream.. White kids get caught with a pinch of pot and they are experimenting.. Its a "phase"..

A black teen gets caught with a pinch of pot .. and he's an addict and a dealer.

Shame on you anyway.

The pothead teen doesn't say anything because some douche chased him and then shot him. What are you mental?

Get a good argument and come back, pal. I can do this all day. ;)

I happen to be a white grandmother.. and I am VERY discriminating.. and I know BS when I see it.

Oh yes, but but but according to Thunder it is I who is racist. Sharon can't be racist. Only me.

I don't care whether you are racist or not.. Its your burden, not mine.

30 years ago my son and 4 other boys camped out at the back of our 3 acre in town property.. and long about midnight, they decided to go on a mission to the 7-11 about a mile away.. They arrived and picked up what they would purchase when two other boys came in, grabbed some stuff and knocked over a pyramid of soft drinks running away.

Of course all the boys dropped their stuff and ran.. right into a young cop who was braking into the parking lot.

I have been gratefull all my life that he didn't start shooting BEFORE finding out what was going on.

He wasn't a George Zimmerman idiot.

"Of course"? Seems pretty illogical to me. If someone robs and vandalizes a store and then runs away, the LAST thing I would think to do is drop the items I was going to legitimately purchase and run away WITH THEM.

Smart boys.

Look at your ****ing avatar, guy. You're basically celebrating the death of a black teenager. It's ****ing pathetic.

Your opinions are what is ****ing pathetic. I took an actual photo of Martin and I am asking for justice for him. How is my actual photo any different than Sharons actual photo, other than mine is more recent and apparently a much more accurate depiction of the "teen" that was shot?

I would never celebrate the death of anyone other than a terrorist. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a blithering idiot. People like you are why I won't change my sig. I keep trying to give you people a chance, and you keep blowing it.

I don't "support" anybody.
But you hafto. All teh cool kids are playing on teams. So we must be too. There's just no way someone could look at this and not take a side. It's inconceivable.
; )

This must be broken down by party lines. W/e team you have chosen in the past, you must find out what their party line is and stick to it. So find out what you believe now before it's too late.

Do you feel cheated that GZ spent some of the money on bond? Do you feel defrauded by that?
Or does that seem legit?

Any court costs are legit. If we believe he deserves a good defense then we believe he should be a free man until proven guilty in a court of law.

What do you think of the assertion that spending the donations on bond would be fraud?
Does that sound reasonable to you? Or does that sound far-fetched? Or something else?

If someone gives you money without a contract on how it is to be spent, you can spend it any way you want to. I do think bond is fine though. But that is just me.

they also used the money to pay off their Target and Sam's Club bills. Is that ok with you?

Like I said, if its given to them without a contract, then yes it is. I think its pretty sleazy, but "ok" as far as legal, yea. Ethical and moral? Not so much.

if the website that the donations were made to says the money will only be used for legal fees, then fraud has been committed.
