How was Martin shot while standing up?

From what I have read, Martin was shot while standing up.

But yet, he was before that...on top of Zimmerman and supposedly beating his head into a concrete curb.

so, if he was ontop of Zimmerman, how did Zimm end up shooting Martin while Martin was standing?

looks to me that somehow, Zimmerman and Martin were standing a few feet apart, and Zimmerman then shot Martin.

how did this happen? what's Zimm's explenation?

maybe Martin saw the gun and backed off? maybe Martin simply stopped beating Zimmerman, got off him, and then Zimmerman pointed his gun at Martin and blew him away? that would explain the calls for help by Martin.
 
where did you read Trayvon was standing?

Well.. have seen many fist fights?

Often they exchange a couple of punches and end up on the ground, then one pulls back and the fight is over.

GZ could have shot Trayvon at that point.

Look at this.. its speaks volumes about GZ.

Its his application to the SPD.

Just because it "often" happens that way, hardly means that it always happens that way and has absolutely nothing to do with how it happened this time.

George failed to identify himself to Trayvon if you recall.. and like with the officer... GZ claims Trayvon assaulted him first.

See a pattern?

Well, as I was told in another thread, once the person stops being a threat, you are obligated to stop. If Martin got up and walked away, he ceased to be a threat, right?

Absolutely.. The thing that weighs on me.. is WHY Trayvon punched him.

Its out of character for a boy with NO history of violence... and WHY did George think this young, unarmed stranger was "trying to kill him"...

Did he just THINK it like he thought Tryvon was a criminal who needed to be followed.

Lot going on in GZ's head that's disconnected from what is going on around him.

How else would he have turned and fallen face first into the grass with both arms fully underneath him???

They were no where near the sidewalk.

And there is some earwitness testimoney... that they heard I've got a gun, Ive got a gun, take my gun ... then a gunshot..

They also heard I'm beggin you..... stop.

Lots of people are curious about how Trayvon was on top of GZ leaning forward and ended up on his face in the grass with his arms fully under him.

Others are curious as to how GZ could get his gun out of an IWB holster under his jacket.

That's because those people are either reaching for an excuse to call Zimmerman a murderer, or they don't understand that there's zero consistancy to how a person's body falls, and most probably, both.

Yes, I did see the whole thing. No, I didn't see blood, but that doesn't prove anything, because gun shots don't necessarily gush blood, immediately.

Ric.. GZ talked at the SPD for three days without a lawyer... because he was finally "SOMEBODY"..

They have five statements from GZ because he just couldn't keep his mouth shut.. and those statements are contradictory..

Stuff about Trayvon circling the car, doubling back and attacking him from behind... stuff about having his head banged on the sidewalk..

Very stupid.
