Yes, but that's the witness that indicated she thought it was Trayvon because the voice sounded "younger". It was rather useless testimony anyway.

I'm not arguing it is good testimony. My only point was that the issue is clouded now, and it is POSSIBLE Martin was the one yelling. Not that he was. Or even that it was likely him. Only that it was possible.

This is what you posted. Only onen article invented the claim about about "why are you stopping me". I haven't heard that anywhere else.

What you've heard is not the point. If you look, you can find it in multiple sources (you'll notice I gave you two, but I could have given you many more). The problem here is you have already fixed your position and are not open to learning any mistake in your fixation.

GZ had followed him twice and appeared in the alley.. instead of playing intimidator he should have identified himself.. I think Trayvon saw the gun and punched him.. at least that's what GZ's father said.

No it is not. Zimmerman had to be there, all we know Martin did was ask a question. There is nothing about Martin accosting anyone. We only know that the shoving started then. We do not know who started the physical action.

We don't know who started it, that's right, but all the evidence suggests ii was Martin who started it. That's what the law rests upon, the evidence.

Suugests? Zimmerman's testimony does suggest that, but that's about it. And he has very good reason to make it seem that way, especially if it was really him. In any case, Zimmerman should have not been that close to Martin. And the fact remains, we don't know who started it, which is what I said to bagin with (and you called me a liar).

If Trayvon knew he had a gun like you say, then Trayvon is a fool and an idiot for assaulting someone with a firearm.

There was one other thing though... Martins father said that it wasn't his son screaming... That was the first time I ever saw that bit of evidence.

Of course, if yer on top of a guy trying to get his gun out you might very well be beating his ass AND yelling for help.
