when's the last time someone on this forum accused Zimmerman of racism?

On the other active thread, it was said more than once that Martin was guilty of being black in Zimmerman's estimation.
 
Nope, it still isn't illegal. If you can find a law that says it is, then please post a link to it.

I was referring to the actions after he got out of his car. We don't know for sure on that, but we do know everything up until right after he got out of his car everything was legal.

According to the statutes GZ didn't have to do anything illegal to create a threat.. See Reckless homicide.

The risk must be of such a nature and degree that its disregard constitutes a gross deviation from the standard of care that an ordinary person would exercise under all the circumstances as viewed from the accused person's standpoint.
