Witness: Martin attacked Zimmerman

"The guy on the bottom who had a red sweater on was yelling to me: 'help, help…and I told him to stop and I was calling 911," he said.Trayvon Martin was in a hoodie; Zimmerman was in red.
The witness only wanted to be identified as "John," and didn't not want to be shown on camera.
His statements to police were instrumental, because police backed up Zimmerman's claims, saying those screams on the 911 call are those of Zimmerman.
"When I got upstairs and looked down, the guy who was on top beating up the other guy, was the one laying in the grass, and I believe he was dead at that point," John said.

Seems valid enough, but why the long delay in coming forward?

I am less concerned with someone so boldly coming out anonymously to a news station, than I would be interested if he spoke to investigators....Could just be one of those people that wants to insert themselves into a publicized situation.

The threat of race riots and incitement of violence by Shaprton and Jackson will insure that Zimmerman will go to prison.

The real crime, is how people are politicizing Martin's death and using it to stir up racial tensions in the country. It's a shame that those bastards will never be charged with a single crime.
 
If true, then isn't it just a game of he said she said? Other eyewitnesses have already claimed that it was Martin who screamed.
 
An anonymous witness? In other news: Vermont's very own Old Man Jones says he knows who shot Kennedy. We are taking him VEWWY VEWWY seriously on the matter.

Gee! Hatuey doesn't know the identity of the witness! Zimmerman might as well pack his **** and get ready to skip the trial and head on to the clink.

Nevermind that the cops have already interviewed the guy.

This is exactly why we need a police investigation NOW. Having anonymous witnesses fueling a media frenzy doesn't help the cause of justice for anyone. Zimmerman may be guilty or innocent, but that fact needs to be determined in a court of law. The longer this drags on, the harder it will be to have a fair and objective trial.

Not 5 minutes ago, I listened to a clip of Jackson denouncing any calls for violence. I think the guy's a blowhard in general, but if you're going to throw accusations around like that they should be accurate.

The cops have already interviewed this guy. What part of that can't people understand? This guy's information about the incident is the reason that Zimmerman wasn't arrested at the time of the shooting.

I'm about to read whatever is in this link...but I have a hard time believeing that you actually think that "The New Black Panther Party" represents anything that is even remotely like a "leader" of the black community. I've been a member of the black community for all of my life and I didn't even know there was a new black panther party. Personally, if I was a warden at whatever prison he's going to, I'd put him in solitary confinement. Convicts don't take too kindly to kid killers. Add to that the fact that he'll probably be sent to a prison rife with black inmates(let's be honest, it's Florida) and well... he has himself a real dichotomy. Either he lets convicts with teenage sons shank him in the shower, or he lets those Oz looking black Muslim tribes run a train on him. Either way, the minute he hits prison, he's ****ed. I'm not saying it should happen - but Thieves do follow certain rules.

He said yesterday that, "blacks are under attack". This is an incitement of violence, if there ever was one.

I've been a member of the black community all of my life, too. I don't consider any of the pieces of **** that claim to be, "leaders", of the black community to be actual leaders and have anyone's interests, but their own, at heart. People like Jackson, Sharpton, Farrakan, Barron, etc. are the worst thing that ever happened to our people. Look how they handled the Rodney King riots, the Tawana Brawley case and the Duke rape case. Those people, along with white Liberal do-gooders have done more harm to black folks that any other factor in our history.

Well, it is also a report of fact. This isn't the first racial trouble that involved some form of "law enforcement" in Sanford county killing blacks unjustly. So you mean to tell me that stating a fact ABOUT acts of violence is MORE of an incitement of violence than actual murder? Really???

There's no evidence that murder took place. If you think it's a cut-n-dried case, then you need to be on your way to Florida so you can clear all this up.
