California man shot and killed during fight about Super Bowl - New York Daily News

A fight about the Chiefs and 49ers turned deadly Sunday in Fresno, Calif.

A homeless man, 34-year-old Daniel Epimenio Gonzalez, walked up to a barbecue in Fresno and began arguing with 24-year-old Frank Rojas about the Super Bowl, according to KSEE.
Gonzalez allegedly shot Rojas in the abdomen with a “makeshift weapon,” then fled the scene.

I don't think much has changed about sports, kiddy or professional, since before the days of the Roman Gladiators. They are only avenues down which people can vent their hostile & negative emotions.

On the upside, he's no longer homeless.

Chiefs fans have serious emotional issues... professionals have looked into this for years.
